Zero customer service - Damp mouldy mattresses
My daughter s beds are an odd size so we ordered 2 of their luxury mattresses as they had the closest in size to what we needed They arrived on time and we unpacked them They smell like mould I had a couch years ago that smelt like damp wet mould and after 3 years I threw it away These mattresses smell exactly the same and now the entire upstairs of my house does too I have emailed the company twice and still haven t recieved a response I told them if they haven t stopped stinking the house out within 2 weeks they can come collect them and either replace them if they have dry stock or refund me but that was in the emails they haven t acknowledged so who knows

1st night excellent sleep The fit as it is a shaped mattress is perfect We have slept on mattress only 4 nights and a massive hollow is present my wife falls towards me So Disappointed How can this be resolved I weigh 110 k and my wife 50 kLook forward to your reply

Sort out your email system so people can actually make contact and solve issues even the alternative email I was given after calling has gained no response after weeks of trying to solve a relatively minor issue which is a real shame given that Apart from a little damage this is a good quality product and the issue could ve been sold very easily Had it not been for the fact that make contact and gaining a response was so very difficult I would have given this product five stars still awaiting a response
