Great item

Bit of a glitch with delivery but the item itself is fantastic quality and when I have rung I had a very friendly and polite girl helping me find what I was after Recommend

Mattress just what we needed the only thing wrong is the delivery courier mattress arrived 3 days late other than that very pleased with the products

The mattresses are of good quality and they came quickly Only negative would be that they were described as medium firm soft when actually they are very firm and not particularly comfortable

The website easy to use and order from We had a problem with delivery company and when I phoned the foam people they were very helpful Mattress received and is good quality The only thing that let the experience down was the delivery company

The smell

The mattress topper arrived promptly But 2 weeks after unpacking we are still getting a fumey smell from it We have taken the cover off had it outside to air currently propped up against an open window Don t know when we ll be able to use it

Poor communication

Delivery advised but mattress did not arrived company said they would investigate - no reply Promised a new mattress in next 7 days so still waitingUpdate I can confirm replacement item received within 5 days - very good customer service to resolve Would happily recommend

Foam topper

I had the option of purchasing the 3 inch foam topper without a cover I think hindsight is a wonderful thing Being a riggerly sleeper the cover keeps puckering and I have to straighten it daily A plavour but nothing that takes so long to do I would happily recommend this company If you have PayPal account you can spread the cost over 3 payments which makes it more affordable

Very good arrived in great packaging Arrived a good few days after ordering but that was fine for me Only 4 stars just because it was a bit of a squeeze getting it into the cover as rather a large 4ft by 6ft double but managed to squash it in Very comfortable and would recommend as a good price if anyone looking to replace the foam inside a shop bought mattress topper cover

The mattresses were great

The mattresses were great What causes me to reduce the score by 1 star is that on the second occasion I was sent the email to say the mattress was on its way 3 days before it left your premises This meant we were constantly waiting far too early Otherwise no criticism
