There was a long delay on delivery but the company were very helpful and answered emails promptly

Freebies There was a delay on shipment though but I sorted it out after contacting customer service

I am a regular customer and only have one complaint It is the free samples Why can t the customer choose I have oily hair and got samples for dry and brittle and coloured I am a natural pale blonde so don t colour my hair I got a colour treatment mask in the past I have got other samples that are useless to me Please rethink your samples

Loved their range of products

Loved their range of products and delivery was very fast They also emailed me right away and they were extra nice I am not giving it 5 cause it says on their website all orders have some little samples which I was very excited about and I received none Also the box of the product came damaged as the packaging was not very strong - I don t mind as the product was intact but worth noting for future deliveries

Prompt delivery Product works reasonably well Struggled with the dispenser That maybe because I ve never used mousse before So quite possibly deserves 5 stars rather than 4

We placed an overseas order

We placed an overseas order they didn t have exactly what we originally wanted but made nice alternative options The parcel arrived promptly and no taxes paid at this end

This is the best place in London

This is the best place in London whether you r French or not to shop all your medicines but not only You will find all brands of cosmetics and advises from the pharmacist They have a large choice of treatments la carte The beauty therapist Laura is amazing I using both facial treatment and beauty massage and I can see the improvements I truly recommend it

Just can t rate the French Pharmacy enough Best thing I ve discovered this year Great products fast efficient online service and delivery At least 3-4 samples of products included in every order which is a great way to discover new products you otherwise may not have heard or known about I really recommend trying them if you haven t

Great service fast delivery fantastic products My go to place for ordering all under one roof all my French favourite s I don t live close to the actual stores but when I am in London I love to pop in in person Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable

Dr Marine Vincent is excellent She engages with her clients and is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field of dermatology She also goes out of her way for her clients which is wonderful Thank you very much I look forward to seeing you again soon Mariam
