Lousy customer service

Lousy customer after sales service Ones you have the product there is no service anymore Here on trustpilot they give a nice answer that they are doing everything they can to solve the problem However in email traffic they always give a worthless disrespectful answer They simply refuse to take responsibility when the product is found not to work properly In my case there is clearly a defect in the cable I want to return the product to prove that the product is not good and I want my money back but they only want to send a new set and I don t want that anymore Any product may have a defect but please solve it with the customer

Rehashed customer service replies and no action

As anyone can see the reply to my last review was exactly as I stated in my review - a rehash of every reply they have sent me I will now be taking this up with my credit card to get my money back as the last cable refuse to accept responsibility for non delivery

Don t support this small family business

This small family business as they like to remind us of at every opportunity is no more than a front for peddling subpar products that are not unique and are mass produced for dozens of companies The only difference in the products from these companies is the printed company name logo Your package will arrive in a generic baggie and will come straight from Shenzhen China The quality is no better than any other version you can find on sites like Amazon so you d better order from Amazon as they at least have hassle free returns when the item undoubtedly fails Also if you think you re going to get a good customer service experience think again I emailed support - and waited well over 1-3 business days - and still haven t gotten a response Their site doesn t properly display your order details or tracking information I even provided them screenshots and details of the issue so they could fix it for everyone Still no response Save yourself headache and time and just order from a reputable and legitimate company i e Amazon so you can have worry free and cost free refunds and returns

Not Good for Macbook

I ordered 4 of the cables and accompaning magnets as well as 2 of the charging plugs I have had no luck getting any of the cables or magnetic port plugs to charge my laptops I have tried everything and contacted this company They responded with a host of suggestions to try all of which I had tried and did try again however still have been unable to get them to work on my Macbook which was the primary reason I purchased them I have contacted them for a refund Now I will wait to see if they support their product

Extremely Dangerous Product Poor Quality

Stay away from this company The charger will stop working within approximately 2 months If you leave a negative review here on TripAdvisor they will email you as they did to me trying to guilt-trip you into modifying your review and playing the whole small family business card which obviously isn t true considering the amount of sales and reviews they get The cable also shows visual sparks when disconnecting it sometimes which is a literal shock hazard and is extremely dangerous

Non existent customer service

I ordered my set of cables on 21st May 2021 after my partner received his and was very pleased with them To date nothing has arrived and despite numerous emails I keep getting the same reply your order should be with you very soon and informing me Looking upon your tracking information I can see that Royal Mail have stated that Your item has reached South Midlands MC and will now be sent to your local delivery office I have repeatedly pointed out that the tracking number they have given me gives incorrect information and sent evidence that it shows my order was despatched 5 months before I ordered They don t read customer notes if they even make them and just rehash responses without actually doing anything Maybe this will get a sensible response

Customer service no service

Received the 2 packages of cables 1 was not working Feb 4th I sent replacement request got approved for the free replacement April 4 email said after 3 day processing I would receive a tracking Today is April 26 No word I have sent a few emails but Received no reply And to think I was going to turn around and buy the chargers for the car being the cables I have don t work well on other charger boxes Last cable for sure update Finally received on May 1st Got the tracking after it was delivered Now after 2 weeks its intermittently charging Shows it charging but I have had 35 for an hr I wanted it to work spent over 100 for house an autos what a waste

Can t return a faulty item within 30 days - avoid

Update 11 05 23 - I sent a video of the faulty plug on 27 04 23 and haven t had a response despite the fact that The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is there to safeguard the purchase of faulty items Customer service does not appear to be a priority for this company - AVOID AVOID AVOID In addition one of the USB C connectors is now regularly dropping out of my phone rendering the cables and parts practically useless I wish I had seen the other reviews on Trustpilot before purchasing Never again Ordered 2 plugs and 4 cables - the cables and one of the plugs work fine but the other plug doesn t work I emailed the company about it within the 30 days got an automated response and when I emailed back have had no response since Delivery also took way longer than advised I feel like I have been defrauded the cost of one plug as they won t reply to me and I am therefore out of pocket due to having a faulty item

Orders not dispatched within the timeframe promised by the seller

I placed an order after looking at delivery times They advised that delivery is 3 - 6 days typical After one day I was advised by email my order had been dispatched After 3 days I was advised the tracking number via Royal Mail I checked with Royal Mail and found this is a tracking number generated ready for when the item is eventually shipped However Royal Mail still doesn t have the order in it s delivery system So they don t live up to their claims of dispatching their orders within the timeframe given Buyers beware yet another Facebook selling scam I have now contacted PayPal to file a dispute concerning this

I ordered four cables after seeing an ad on Instagram i payed for them immediately I had an email to say they had been dispatched with a tracking number but the tracking number doesn t work I ve emailed multiple times now and am yet to receive an answer so I m now going to open a case on PayPal and see if I can get my money back I wish I d seen some of these reviews before I ordered My advice stay well clear of this company
