Weeks to arrive stopped working after a few uses

After waiting weeks for the cables to arrive I was initially impressed It worked with my android phone fast charged However after just a few uses it stopped working The second cable is currently working but who knows for how long I ve sent the company a message as they re covered by warranty so will update this when I hear back Edited to add that this company tried to get my review removed despite it being clearly true It took over 2 weeks to arrive only arrived after I demanded a refund They did replace the cable for free though so far so good for the replacement

No customer service - faulty products

Orderd 4 cables One lasted 2 days and stopped working Tried contacting them online - no response Tried emailing - email bounces back So much for money back guarantee and 24 7 support Buyer beware I would stay away rip off merchants with no soul take your money but no support

the product is good BUT

the product is good BUT support response from customer service is non existent they never reply to any emails very frustratingyour email address does not work it just bounces back probably why you don t respond to anyone needs to be sorted out

When they first arrived thought them

When they first arrived I thought them best thing since sliced bread and ordered another batch Unfortunately they have a limited life they stop connecting I suspect that the contacts get contaminated Now have a heap of useless cables

30 days to get nothing

A complete disaster Sometimes companies have 1 or 2 weak points This one collected all of them Firstly it takes 30 days to reach my home city in EU Then parcel stuck in customs This was a big surprise but not that big as a fact I can t proceed with customs clearance because the company provides no price information E-mail received after the purchase contains only list of purchased products no invoice and link to the order navigates to the message Thank you without any details about order Any attempts to ask support about assistance are without response

Shockingly overpriced cheap tat

Shockingly overpriced cheap tat These connectors look great but are really poor quality and don t last 5 minutes One of them broke within a week and my attempts to get a replacement are now being ignored I emailed a photo on the 8th June and emailed again on the 14th June but got no responses I emailed again on the 10th July and left a review on TrustPilot and you ve now claimed to have replied to all my emails which is simply not true I have resent the photo and hope to get a better response 26 7 23 Update Although they finally promised a replacement they have still not sent it

Terrible customer service and no refund

I received the product which we liked and worked well However because our other charging cables were standard it wasn t useful to keep removing the magnet from the phone We returned the items for a full refund according to their policy However we received one email saying they were looking into it After 3 further emails from me I had no further reply This is the worst customer service I have had to contact my credit card supplier for a refund Don t buy from them

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service - sent 5 emails for the past month without any replyFaulty cable was replaced by the wrong one and since then no answer at allAlso the cable themselves are slow to charge and to transfer data

Connectors disintegrate

After a few months use which generally was satisfactory two of my cables fell apart at the swivel magnetic connection end with the plastic fitting breaking off I submitted a notice to the company along with a photograph which has been ignored - no reply at all
