Found a pair of Ray Bans on the website in their January sale Decided to give them a call and was put through to Holly What can I say she went through the whole process of putting through the order working through my prescription and ensuring I d get the extra10 off the final price She even waited for me to download an app to check some measurements which I did thereafter she confirmed payment and approved all the details I had logged in I was expecting the glasses a week from placing the order as informed but received them within a few days Fantastic customer service from Holly Online order When I need another pair The Optic Shop will now be my go to
