Lowest price but not precise to power required

I had to change my glasses as the one got from here gave me severe headache I guess the power was not right Could be the power check I did with an optician was not right or the glasses were not precisely to my power So had to return I received my return after my request Thank you for that

Unfortunate experience

I ordered a pair of glasses which arrived nice and prompt Good quality but I requested a pair of glasses for screen work and I m pretty sure I ended up with a pair of readers A short time later I received an email to say that they systems had been compromised so I had to cancel my Credit Card They did send me a nice email explaining a bit more detail about the incident I would buy from their shop but would hesitate to buy on line again I think I was just unfortunate on this occasion

Disappointed with quality

Delivery and communication excellent but the product sadly failing I have used the Zero Fog plus previously from my opticians and it worked brilliantly Not sure if this is a bad lot but it definitely does not work this time so disappointed

The prescription glasses were

The prescription glasses were surprisingly good quality for the price and the lenses perfect However they sent me the wrong sunglasses and refused to accept it was there error so I had to return them for a refund at my cost I can t fault the glasses just maybe the customer service

Wrong lenses but sorted quickly

My new Emporio Armani glasses were received with the wrong lenses despite the accompanying paperwork saying the order had been checked However The Optic Shop were very quick to acknowledge their error the returns process was easy despite having to visit post office They sent the correct glasses very swiftly so well done to them for that

I was annoyed that I was not notified

I was annoyed that I was not notified upon having my glasses ready for pickup despite that I mentioned it s quite urgent to get them done soonest possible so I could use them for work not using glasses was real pain I was only able to know glasses are ready because I stopped by the store

I had to be chasing up my glasses as

I had to be chasing up my glasses as the lens in the lab did not have one of them if i did not chase it up i would have been waiting longer than a week as they were set out for urgent delivery there was no communication with their lab to tell the opticians that they dont have the left lenses

You have to pay return postage even when glasses are faulty

Disappointed to receive some Tom Ford glasses that were too wide loose to wear - having tested them in another store I then had to pay for return postage So ended up wasting my money when the glasses were not correct

Still no item

Item was not delivered I am assuming this is a Royal Mail issue but I should have received my item a week ago and am still not in receipt Customer service have said they are looking into it but I am currently out of pocket and without my glasses

Prescription glasses

Unfortunately I m unable to provide higher than three stars for this retailer based on my own personal experience I ordered a pair of glasses Dolce Gabbana The description and the images on the Internet was totally different from the actual glasses when they arrived I was expecting Semi Rimless glasses which was the image what was projected to me via the Internet not perfect buyingexperience needs improvement
