very poor quality lenses and manufacture

very poor quality lenses and poor customer care recieved the lenses which are blurry and poorly manufactured that when you look through them things look hazy checked the prescription with the opticians and it is correct and the feedback is the quality of manufacture is poor customer services refused to help stating lenses were fit into the frame hence unreturnable or refundable paid a handsome amount for carrera frame and turned out to be flimsy and end of line stock never again

RAY BAN CLUBMASTERS

delivery was ok however the glasses not so great -ordered a pair of ray ban glasses with non prescription as I already had my own from my last ray bans which I purchased they are the same as the ones I got from optic shop rx5154 but in black Have had ray bans for over 10 years so I know how to change the lens as I have done many times however theses glasses from optic shop had a screw which would not come out on the left bottom side it seems the thread was faulty so now 70 quid out of pocket - I wished I had stuck with buying from the ray ban official store - I have the official ray ban screwdriver to change lens but the screws in these glasses are rubbish

Ordered my glasses paid for next

Ordered my glasses paid for next delivery and never got this service the excuse was courier company never picked up apparently 60 pairs of glasses I find this very strange as a big company like DPD would 100 per cent just send another drive to collect So I find this excuse a definite lie So I would not be using or recommending The Opic Shop in future

Awful Company Awful experience shopping with Optic

Awful experience shopping with Optic Customer care is extremely poor very frustrating that they don t help with delivery issues My order was lost delivered to the wrong address and they nothing to help and refused my refund Luckily I found my purchase and sent it back I am sure I will get an inane reply to my review But I suggest Shop from brands like Sunglasses hit etc And avoid this company

Poor customer care

Order was incorrectly delivered to a neighbour who lost our parcel The Optic Shop refused to send a replacement - their only advice was to report the neighbours to the police as theft had taken place even though it was lost rather than stolen Very poor customer care - will not buy from them again

What a joke ordered for next day

What a joke ordered for next day delivery and I didn t get them in time for my holiday I don t care if its your delivery company or yourself this is a bad service and I not have to buy another pair because of they stupid mistake Thanks guys

Bad service still unresolved issue

I order glasses on the 1st of February and over two weeks later I still don t have my glasses they still haven t resolved the issue I ve contacted them again they go they can t do anything yet After contacting them multiple times I still have not been given a solution Absolutely terrible service still no unresolved issue

Arrived half hanging out of the glasses

Arrived half hanging out of the glasses case sealed in a plastic bag The lenses were all smeared Once I cleaned them the lenses were like looking through a magnifier glass I bought these as a spare pair to my normal glasses The prescription that I ordered was exactly the same as my normal glasses but these are really strong cannot wear them as they obviously got the prescription wrong I cannot get a refund either as these are prescription glasses made to order albeit not to my prescription that I ordered First time using this company But will not be using again Out of pocket

Hi not impressed at all The rayban writing is almost in the middle of the lense Impossible to wear thought it was a sticker but it isn t so can t even get it off Complete waste of money
