I have received a frame with scratches

I have received a frame with scratches so I have to return it but when I called customer service was excellent no issues at all they have sent me a free postage label too it was lovely frame but its a shame was damage and they don t have any more in stock

These guys are usually good had no problems on purchases before and returns always dealt with promptly But I purchased a pair of Oakley flak for my brothers birthday which also coincided with his holiday the day after but when he opened the gift and removed the stickers we noticed a scratch on one of the lenses which was disappointing but my brother liked them so much and need a decent pair of sunglasses for holiday he took them with him I will use these guys again I will just make sure I inspect them properly before purchasing them

Fantastic prices but not brand new

Fantastic prices and communication good Used this company as it was much cheaper than everywhere else Unfortunately when the glasses arrived they have clearly been returned by someone else - sticker curled up in the case and they have been stretched so much so that the legs are much further out than the actual lenses So if you are happy to take a returned item for a cheaper price then this is the place to shop

Fast service but the last two times I have ordered from them they had a stock issue and the style I ordered was actually out of stock when it was showing in stock

I like the frames this is my 3rd pair

I like the frames this is my 3rd pair bought however the lenses are too deep so ruins the glasses just disappointing because i wont be ordering again

Non existent customer service Sunglasses arrived in a tacky box with damaged corners was supposed to be a gift but had to return

Not sure if these were strictly new

These sunglasses had been worn by someone else and adjusted for them As such they didn t fit my face until I made my own considerable adjustments using a hairdryer to bend the frame arms I did buy these at a discount but there was no mention of them being used or having been previously adjusted I have never previously been forced to adjust a new pair of sunglasses I have bought Otherwise these are great sunglasses and now they fit I am enjoying wearing them

I ordered black glasses and received burgundy so not what I was expecting

Got a bargin and it was delivered quickly

I only ordered frames as I find the process for ordering glaases online extremely tedious and complicated especially when one s prescription is high However as it relates to frames non prescription glasses The Optic Shop off good choice good prices the order arrived quickly and very other online opticians The Optic Shop actually sent the correct items too I would have given them 4 but had remove a star because although you cam return am item it is at your own expense and it cost me just under 10 to return x1 pair of glasses I am not one to who think everything should be free and as such am fine to pay a returns fee if need be However I think it would be better if they have a returns process in place with one or more carriers in order to provide safe returns at a more reasonable cost to the customer as is the case with many online retailers
