I managed to find the sunglasses I was after for over 100 less than anywhere else Unfortunately they just didn t suit me but the return process albeit not free was easy and my refund arrived quickly

Took a bit longer than expected to be dispatched I feel like the tracker should be better so you can see when the order has been accepted the glasses have been made and then when dispatched Also a bit disappointing that if the glasses don t fit properly you re out of pocket an exchange option for prescription glasses would be majorly beneficial

I wouldn t say great Id of liked to been able to see what they looked like on me As they don t really suit me But im getting used to them But the quality is great it so fast delivery but they got here in the end and my next day was refunded so no loss Thanks definitely use again But if there s any way of making so we can see what we look like before we buy next time that would be better

Great prices on frames No automatic updates through the various stages of the process but quick to reply to any questions raised I wish there was a choice of lens manufactuer as the best custom varifocal lenses I ordered from The Optic Shop are below the quality of essilor lenses I have had in the past Very good value for money though
