I ve used five online opticians over the last ten years and these guys are the best quality I always come back to them Not the cheapest option but the best value and sometimes you can get a real bargain if they re clearing out end of line stuff They process orders quickly the finish is always spot on and the lens quality is consistently better than anywhere else despite making the same choice of options

I was looking for new glasses and was recommended The Optic Shop by my brother who had purchased sunglasses from here My experience with The Optic Shop was positive It is UK based so no risk of custom tax The website clearly states if a frame is in stock prices are competitive and all the measurements are listed Their delivery is quick and items come with a case and cleaning cloth They have a 30 day refund policy and refunds are quick I was deciding the rating between 4 and 5 stars because there could be some improvement for example there isn t a search by size option and some other companies offer free delivery and returns But when I returned my order I did get my original delivery cost returned so that has pushed The Optic Shop to 5 stars I would definitely buy from The Optic Shop again in future

I saw sunglasses in a retail outlet and decided to look online and got a better sale price The website was easy to use the sunglasses as described and delivered in good time

I was told that my glasses are not real and straightaway The lovely lady I spoke to send me the certificate to show that they were also was super quick and helpful with any other responses

After looking for new frames for well over a year and giving up on the same-old retail opticians I landed on The Optic Shop and bought 5 pairs of frames in their sale I have kept 4 pairs and the other was refunded on return Will definitely use this site again - thank you
