Have been waiting over 6 weeks for an update They sent a China post tracking that does not work My order is 32636 Have email support stressshot 2 times now with no response I will be getting a refund through visa fraud

Really bad company for shipping Ordered on the 03 06 24 Then emailed the company on the 13 06 24 and was told 6-16 days for delivery Tracking DID actually work with royal mail although it says they are still waiting for the package to be dispatched to them and more information will be available when scanned at Royal Mail Was hoping to get this for my son s birthday on the 19 05 but that s definitely not gonna happen Amazing that there are no poor reviews on the Stress shot website all 5 stars mmmm not to sure who they pay for the reviews

Sham company purchased before Xmas 2023 it is now June 2024 didn t send product multiple emails back and forth with promises of sending the stress shot and now won t even return our emails Buyer beware avoid like the plague

Plastic rubbish

Bought the vulture model It misfires more often than not 2 casing or more come out or get stuck in the gun Basically overpriced Chinese plastic rubbish Do not buy this get a nerf gun or something else that is built and designed with some level of care Also delivery took more than a month STAY AWAY

I am assuming this is a scam company The website did not make clear the products come from China I ordered with fast and free delivery but am waiting more than 6 weeks later to receive my item Customer service replies but just points me to a tracking link that is in Chinese and I cannot make head nor tail of They say they will not refund me as the item is supposedly in transit As with other reviewers this has left my son without his birthday money or fidget

one star is being nice 2 months and I m still waiting on my order multiple emails with a generic response on follow your order tracking And it s got to go through customs I advised 2 months is too long and I want another solution and my money back Again I get ignored and I get a generic track your order Scam scam scam
