They are two staff members that work at this store one gentleman who will give you his world to make sure the service is outstanding Above Beyond Today I was abused by a female staff member Nabeela with comments such as are you sure it s real Black people cant afford real I am in disgust will be uploading video on YouTube

Took two watches into lakeside branch

Took two watches into lakeside branch today for battery replacement charge 127 90 and on collection both watches were faultyOne was a tag heuer which the second hand wouldn t sweep or return to 12 and the crown wheel was so stiff could not be undoneThe second was a armani and the second hand doesn t work at all both were in working order before the batteries needed replacingThe technician said they were like that when I took them in which is untrue I m not happy to say the least and now took them to a reputable jeweler at further expense your motto is quality watch repairs REALLY

Very poor workmanship and very poor service

I had a battery replacement in a ladies Dior watch in the Southampton branch at a cost of 85 When it was returned to me the whole watch wobbled in the casing The assistant told me it was like that before she fitted the battery No no no They agreed to take it back and fix it - OK I did not learn a lesson A couple of months later I took the watch back to have a new leather strap fitted It s an unusual strap so The Watch Lab fitted an alternative strap for 65 They gave me an extra strap FOC Really I have had the new strap for one week it is extremely poor quality it has already cracked and one of the loops on the strap has broken and fallen off I have never had an alternative strap on this watch before The Watch Lab advertise that they repair all top makes including Christian Dior A market could have done better I do not have the energy to face these people ever again My loss but I hope that others can learn from my experience

Liverpool One Paid 100 for a new

Liverpool One Paid 100 for a new battery and polish on my Tag watch Got home to find the watch strap was on upside down Got in touch with customer service to complain and got a sorry about that she is very busy in that store go back and she will fix the error Won t be returning in future

First and last visit

First and last visit Called into the Chester branch yesterday for a replacement battery for a ladies Gucci bracelet watch - not a waterproof one I have previously had 2 replacement batteries since new in 2002 and paid a maximum of 10 other venues I was quoted just under 60 with a 2 year warranty I didn t ask if the replacement battery had Gucci embossed on it but assume it was just a standard battery so decided to walk away I called into a local watch repairer today who fitted a high quality battery for 5 If it lasts as long as previous ones I will be very pleased Obviously I could pay for 12 replacement batteries within 2 years before It would equal their quote

Had to give it a star so I could write a review Not a chance I was paying 90 for a replacement battery for my Tag Took it to a local watch repair place and it cost a lovely 40 for battery new link and a really great polish it looks good as new Not to mention the terrible customer service I received at the grimsby branch watch hospital I had previously taken it here yearly for a reasonable 30 replacement battery but was abruptly told that watch lab now own it I asked if that affected the difference in battery The response I don t know Diabolical

I entrusted a deeply sentimental pendant to In Time jewellers for repair and the experience has been nothing short of disastrous Despite repeatedly emphasizing the importance of the piece and seeking reassurances that the job could be done within the two-day timeframe they promised they lost the delicate stone from my pendant To make matters worse when I arrived to collect the item not only was I informed of the loss but the employee responsible didn t even offer an apology This level of carelessness and unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable especially for an item of such sentimental value The store has shown little urgency in resolving the matter While they ve offered to replace the stone they have yet to locate the original or provide a satisfactory resolution for the emotional distress caused by their incompetence I had to demand further compensation and insist that they cover the cost if I need to arrange repairs elsewhere I cannot trust In Time jewellers to handle valuable or meaningful pieces with care and I would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing anything precious to them This experience has left me deeply upset and disappointed Edit 10 12My recent experience with this company has been a rollercoaster of emotions While my overall ordeal has been riddled with mismanagement lack of communication and considerable distress I feel compelled to highlight the stark difference in service I received when dealing with the manager Diar His professionalism attention to detail and genuine effort to address my concerns were a breath of fresh air and far exceeded the lackluster service I endured previously This situation arose from the mishandling of a deeply sentimental piece of jewelry My pendant featuring a carefully selected and irreplaceable diamond was mishandled resulting in the loss of the original stone From the outset the process to rectify this has been fraught with delays poor communication and repeated failures to address my concerns However during my visit to the branch today the service I received was completely different Diar took the time to listen to me acknowledged the unfinished prong that I had repeatedly pointed out in emails and assured me that it could be polished a solution that should have been addressed earlier during the repair process His professionalism stood out as an example of how this matter could and should have been handled from the beginning That said I am still far from satisfied with the overall experience Despite assurances that the replacement diamond is identical I can see visible differences The certificate provided is insufficient and I am left with no detailed breakdown of the repair process as I repeatedly requested It is also worth noting that the store s tidier appearance today compared to the day my stone was lost suggests that improved management could have prevented this ordeal in the first place I am acting on legal advice to ensure that this matter is resolved appropriately While I am hopeful it can be handled internally the company must recognize the level of distress this has caused and take immediate steps to rectify their negligence This experience has been deeply frustrating and while Diar deserves recognition for his efforts it is clear that the company s processes and overall customer care require significant improvement I hope my feedback prompts them to take corrective action to prevent other customers from facing similar situations

Really dissappointed with the quality

Really dissappointed with the quality of work done at the Trafford Centre Manchester Took a Marc Jacobs watch for battery replacement and the guy was really struggling to get the back of the watch off As we were waiting there we can see everything He managed to change the battery and filled out a warranty form receipt and I paid and my husband put the watch in the box and we left Only this morning I went to check the watch it has deep scratches at the back of the watch and some scratches on the glass as well I know it s not a rolex watch but why treat someone s watch like this I wish I checked it thoroughly before leaving He asked me to take a picture with the warranty paper but didn t mention anything about these scratches Very dishonest and dissappointing

Daylight Robbery

I have just visited The Watch Hospital at the White Rose Centre Leeds for a replacement battery for my Tag Heur only to be informed that they have been taken over by The Watch Lab As a result it would appear that their prices have also skyrocketed I was expecting to pay 39 99 as quoted online but it would appear that they think that the same battery with the same amount of labour is worthy of a 100 increase to 80 That s one hell of an hourly rate chaps Needless to say that although I am a long time customer I shall be taking my business elsewhere in future
