Don t respond to emails waste of time Avoid

If you read the summary it states they reply to 87 of negative feedback all they appear to do is post an email contact which i responded to but didn t get any further Exceptionally poor service makes a mockery of trust pilot

I only wanted a battery fitted iwas told it would take about 20 mins and they would text me when it was ready go the text at 3 51 arrived at the shop at 4 06 and the shop was closed it clearly states outside lt closes at 4 30 had to wait around the following day until it opened which made me late for an appointment with my GP plus the cost of the battery was extortionate will never go there again

WARNING ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE dealing with company They have charged me 395 for fixing a seal on my watch which they said would take between 4 to 8 weeks 12 weeks later still not fixed I have made phone calls visited the shop sent emails asking when it will be fixed only to get a reply of we don t know I have emailed customer service as directed by their standard generic reply they put on this site to any negative experience asking for my watch to be returned which they have not even bothered to reply to They will reply to this review no doubt with a standard generic we are very sorry please get in touch with customers service which of course I ve already done with no reply I wouldn t even give this company 1 star but you cannot write this review on this site without doing so Therefore after 12 weeks watch not repaired 395 out of pocket 6500 watch not returned I have no alternative but to go through the stress of taking them to court for the loss of 6895 I WOULD NEVER EVER HAVE USED THIS COMPANY had I known what appallingly customer service stress and time wasting this would cause me

Took a brand new sealed watch strap to be fitted at the arndale branch on Sunday the man said he could do it Came back and he couldn t do it said it didn t fit and gave me back the strap in pieces as he had broken the pins Have tried to use the web contact form on the website as there is no email address or phone number and every time I hit send it doesn t work Absolutely shocking

I took my watch for a new Swiss

I took my watch for a new Swiss Military watch for a battery replacement 6 weeks ago The guy who replaced the battery broke the bezel and tried to hide what he had done I took it back and they said they would replace the bezel 6 weeks on I am still waiting and constantly chasing where it is I would not recommend getting anything fixed by this company I believe I am going to have problems getting the watch repaired and getting the watch back

Had a battery fitted 18 5 2023 and has already failed bearing in mind I hardly ever wear the watch The worst part is ever since they have replaced the battery the watch glass has steamed up slightly so there must be moisture in there Hoping someone gets back to me on here

Rip-off

Friendly staff Reading Had a couple of good experiences previously albeit expensive Batteries are way too expensive and guarantee only for 2 years Timpsons almost half the price and lifetime guarantee They messed up watch strap and refused refund despite having a record of transaction They insisted on the original paper receipt despite text confirmation I will not be going back

I took my seiko watch into Liverpool branch in feb I was told it would need a capacitor 79 95 heard nothing for 2weeks so I contacted them to be told it had been sent away 4 weeks later I received a quote for 295 as the watch needed to be repaired by Seiko I asked for my watch to be returned when I first left the watch it was double ticking when I got it back it was completely dead and the face was not central by a long shot I can only assume they opened it broke it and sent it to Seiko My treasured vintage Seiko is now worthless

Took my tag watch into watch lab metro centre 11 weeks ago to get a new crown fitted after about 5 to 6 weeks they rang and said my watch needed a service as well which I agreed to after several phone calls and visits I m getting worried about getting my watch back I m getting near getting in touch with trading standards to see where I stand Mr Laidlaw

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers Took a Rolex watch to the Chester branch and was told it would be 1 week to repair it After the week ended I phoned up to get my watch back to be told it had been lost and they would get back to me after they had found it It took them 6 weeks to find the actual watch and when I got it home the winder fell off and there was black gunk in the hole where the winder should have been I then took it to a local watch repairer and he said it hadn t been serviced at all I requested a refund from them but have been passed from 1 department to the next with everyone giving excuses and telling lies to me so j am now having to go through my credit card company to obtain the refund I would give them zero stars if I could The watch was never touched in the first place and after 3 phone calls to them I am just about sick and tired of all the lies they are spouting to me over the phone AVOID
