I recently took my Rado watch for a replacement battery I thought the price was reasonable and was happy to leave my watch and collect later Chris in Meadowhall checked my watch out but unfortunately it wasn t the battery that was the problem He advised it needed to be sent to Rado for repair I thanked him and asked the cost for his work carried out No Charge - amazing in this day and age How rare is it to find a company who are not trying to rip you off It s taken a while to give my review but Chris definitely deserves it for his honesty and the first class service that he gives Well done Chris

Outstanding customer service provided by Grant Trusted him with my 20 year old watch of great sentimental value I thought it was beyond repair but he sorted it Excellent

I called in last week and got 2 batteries put in 2 of my watches and he even cleaned my watches up to look new so I called in today for another battery and the strap fixing on my other watch and Grant was amazing he fixed it and polished it up and guaranteed it for 12 months Highly recommended establishment

Went to Nottingham Watch Lab Nottingham today Colin who works there was amazing he put batteries in three watches and a link into one of my watches he was very friendly and professional would definitely recommend him to my friends and family

I took my TAG chronograph to the Watch Lab trafford centre I was a bit hesitant at first after speaking to the other shops that sell TAG and service the watches in the trafford centre I choose the Watch Lab as they were very helpful and also had the shortest turnaround time They advised it would take 4-6weeks and I was not disappointed received texts and updates even when I was passing through I went to the desk to see if they had any detailed info of when it would be ready They had advised it was awaiting a new internal base plate which had been ordered from TAG A week later got a message and a phone call that the watch was ready for collection I can honestly say they did an absolutely amazing job it was like brand new when I collected it Even sent me back all the parts they had changed the buttons seals screws and pins The price they quoted is exactly what I paid no extra I can highly recommend them for the service and the sales staff at the trafford centre are nice bunch to be honest No pressure selling and also a pleasure to deal with
