Very impressed

A very good service when I took in my somewhat old and battered Swiss-Made Boss watch to The Watch Lab in Hanley The assistant Jenny told me exactly what she was going to do including change battery and re-seal but due to the age of the watch they couldn t guarantee it s waterproof state No problems and all done in less than thirty minutes

Easy and efficient service

The gentleman I spoke to to organise my watch clean and battery replacement was super He listened told me the price of everything and organised to have it done within the hour The gentleman who I collected the watch from was perfectly pleasant but had very little awareness of the fact that I had two small children with me with the chicken pox He seemed to want to chat when I clearly wanted to get home

1994 vintage Rotary Chronograph

Took my 1994 vintage Rotary Chronograph into Watch Lab in Leicester because the sweep 1 100 second hand for the stop watch was stuck at 0 They had it for 8 weeks and then told me that they couldn t obtain the necessary spare part to do the repair They refunded the 150 I had been charged up front and said the watch had been cleaned and reassembled free of charge Apart from the stuck hand the watch works perfectly so I am happy

Replace battery in my Breitling watch

I took my breitling watch in for a new battery It has to be done by a breitling agent the watch lab was recommended by a friend They were a lot cheaper than the main agent it was done in a week while the main agent said 6 to 7 weeks The staff were very helpful pleasant I would definitely use them again recommend them to all my friends Thank you watch lab for an excellent service P Hill

Watch lab in Southampton replaced a

Watch lab in Southampton replaced a battery in a Skagen watch which cost 40 not sure if that s a fair price didn t research before I visited lab Pleased with service staff courteous and professional thank you to Liam who served me Just a little disappointed that the watch had to be sent to main lab for battery which took over a week shame it couldn t be done on the day

My world travelled 50 year old Rolex restored

My world travelled 50 year old Rolex Explorer is now back from Watch Lab and has passed all my own regulation run-time and auto-winding tests with flying colours I was surprised at the quality of the cosmetic restoration of the watch case and crystal too In fairness there was a problem with the auto-winding mechanism after repair and I had to return it for some checks adjustments These were done quickly and without quibble and the watch is now fully functional Pricing was certainly reasonable when compared to official Rolex outlets repair quotations and the turn-around time was acceptable Would I use Watch Lab again yes Dec 2021 Phil

I went to the watch lab in Meadowhall

I went to the watch lab in Meadowhall yesterday to have a new battery in my omega watch I was shocked at the 90 price tag but still went ahead The man working there was very pleasant and reassuring he managed to do the job in under an hour Fast friendly and pleasant service very pricey but will recommend
