Excellent Watch Service - Leeds

I came today to get a strap replacement for my Casio The member of staff was so helpful and helped me understand different size straps for the watch He fitted it in no time right in front of me and even punched in some holes in the strap so that the watch would fit perfectly Such a great experience and I ll definitely be coming back again in the future

Michael the watch wizard

After going to 3 different shops in order to take the links out off my brand new Armani watch with black ceramic straps I was told they couldn t do it due to the straps being of this material I went to John Lewis in Newcastle at Timpsons and Micheal said to me straight away I can do it This young guy is so passionate about what he does you can see clearly that he loves his job and with a very positive attitude hard to see in this days and age My watch is fixed and it looks super good thank you Michael you are a star If you can please please this man deserves a reward for embodying perfect customer service attention professionalism and knowledge I will definitely will be back Just because of him

Grant at the York shop is an absolute star

I dropped off my eccentric friend s broken and battered watch for a service at the York shop Grant kindly did a full refurb but thoughtfully included the old parts and strap etc without needing to be asked Whilst my friend claims to like battered things he s really chuffed - I don t think he s taken the watch off since he got it back two weeks ago and it keeps time perfectly Thank you very much Grant

Excellent customer service from Callum today in Glasgow Had been to 3 previous shops to have links removed from my watch and they d been unable to remove Callum had it done within 5 minutes I ll definitely be back

The chap at the Bluewater branch was excellent Helpful smiley and a great sense of humour sounds like a date Replaced the battery in my Longines watch and pressure tested within an hour Main Longines dealers wanted 8 to 10 weeks and 30 more Sorry didn t get his name

My sister Claire went to the Watch lab

My sister Claire went to the Watch lab Cribbs Causeway today And the man very kindly free of charge put a new pin in my strap and also put the buckle back on and a pin in the other strap I highly recommend this place to go to get your batteries put in or anything you need to do for watches are very experienced and very kind staff

I took TAG watch into York branch for battery replacement and clean It was done within the hour versus a 3 week turnaround and double the price offered by jewellers It looks brand new and includes a 2 year guarantee Excellent service Thank you
