brilliant service

We were initially told the watch was unfixable not by Watch Lab but following previous good experience we had faith in the Watch Lab York branch and waited until we could get back there The technician was on it in a flash friendly even whistling as he worked and saved the day the watch the pennies Thank you We appreciate you

My watch s broken strap was fixed at West Quay Southampton for free very kind gesture

Went to the Watch Lab stall in West Quay Southhampton today to have the watch s broken strap fixed and this lady who worked at the stall left her lunch to come over to attend to my watch and she did not charge me a penny because it did not take her long to put the strap back in place What a kind and generous action I least expected and I was surprised how quick and professional she was at her job thank you so much lady God bless you

Quick fix with friendly advice Legends

Noticed the chronograph on my watch was not reseting to the correct position Took it to my local Watch Lab store who have done my battery changes in past and the guy on the counter sorry forgot to get name confirmed this was a known random issue with chronograph s that can be reset using the watches dial buttons He has a little play around and figured out how to do this on the spot and then reset them back to the correct position He then took the time to go over how I could do this myself should the issue ever arise in the future Went over things step by step and had a really friendly happy to help attitude throughout Everyone I have ever dealt with at this store has been the same always smiling and happy to help whether it s a big or small issue Legends

Great service very quick very reasonable

I can t speak highly enough of the service that Pete Exeter provided I left two watches to be repaired One required a new movement which was fitted in very quick time and for a very reasonable price The other needed a bit of fiddling for which Pete charged absolutely nothing Highly recommended

Great service God communication

Just had my watch repaired after another jeweller messed it up by putting in a regular battery instead of a capacitor battery in my Seiko The guys in Salisbury couldn t have been more helpful Explained the problem and got it sorted Really good communication and service Thanks guys

Very Helpful

Took a relatively expensive watch into store because the date kept falling behind The lady behind the desk Maya served me straight away She was so polite friendly and helpful She fixed my watch and as it only took a small amount of time they never charged me It s little things such as this whereby I will bring by business back and all future watch services moving forward will be done through you

Antonio was fabulous Very polite and respectful I was panicking as I thought I damaged my watch and I am very happy it was just the battery Antonio is a credit to the business As a person who works in retail I understand the job What a great service Thank you

Amazing customer service Was rushing last minute and Antonio was happy to help and got a watch battery when short on time He explained the price and was very reassuring my watch was in good hands Very helpful and will 100 be coming back in the future Thank you Antonio for the excellent service
