Liable to short change you Messed up 3 out of 4 orders

We ve been ordering for several years but no longer The biltong is nice but they ve shortchanged or got our order wrong too many times now for it to be an accident 3 out of last 4 orders They ignored our last emails on the second time so didn t bother this time when we were half a kilo down I ve left a 5 review before but not wasting my time to try and track that down Would have just shut up and moved on but they ve had the nerve to have continued to send marketing emails after unsubscribing so going both barrels Quite happy to post my previous emails If I could attach pics I would I have them and can easily screenshot them if they try and dispute Suspect they ll just delete this but hopefully someone will take note Good Bye

The packaging was damaged also ignoring me now

Horrible Taste and Smell

The delivery was fast however the exoctic biltong gift set smelled and tasted like rotton meat I am highly disappointed because this was a gift for a very important person and everything was disgusting I will definitely not be buying this again or recommending these products to anyone Save your money people

I ordered some beer and my age was successful verified online after waiting for days they later told me I don t qualify to buy the beer and refunded me the money which doesn t make sense because I m 28

Not good enough

Biltong wasn t the best quality considering it s supposed to be a good brand Had 3 flavours of of which were bland Tasted the same Peri peri salt pepper original All tasted original Will stick to buying it from a butchers from now Very dissatisfied Even the kids were disappointed they love Biltong

Very tasty but lacking in longevity

I was impressed with the selection of flavours offered by the Weston Biltong Company and so ordered a multi-pack of 10x 250g packs While the flavour is excellent the longevity of the biltong is sadly lacking Other large packs of biltong I have ordered from other suppliers have lasted for weeks on end once opened but the 2 packs of Weston Biltong I have opened so far have become visibly mouldy inside 2 weeks In conclusion great if you plan to eat entire packs in one or two sittings but if not I would look into other options
