Michael A was excellent very thorough and reassuring Think had sent me a notification about a potential fraudulent transaction from Panama on my card They d cancelled the card already as a precaution Michael talked me through it set up a password that any Think employee must quote on phone calls and launched a Fraud investigation into the company Really impressed
