I purchased tickets from what I thought was Ticketmaster but it ended up being Ticketfaster The ticket price was inflated and they refused to give me a refund Beware this company will steal your money

Bought Metro Opera ticket Idolmeno for 165 on ticketfaster while the price 60 on official website Sad shouldn t believe the first searching result pop up from google search

Ticketfaster tried to charge me for ticket I did not accept via the email they send me was wrong date and sold out show Didn t provide seats or any other info but they would not cancel the order so they wanted me to pay for 500 00 for tickets I did not want and had not information on Horrible comany

My wife bought tickets on here for Luke Combs and they never sent us our tickets It s a scam Don t use them Obviously should have read some reviews on them but still think it s messed up because people work hard for their money They wanna do fun things sometimes and then they get taken advantage of Just beware everyone

Totally scammed me out of a 3 964 24 credit from a canceled event I used the money to buy tickets to the Dolphins and received an email from Ticketfaster saying GREAT NEWS YOUR TICKETS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED The catch was they were supposedly delivered in a separate email So I searched my emial for days tried to call them traded emials and did live chats and the only resolution they could offer was resending me the GREAT NEWS YOUR TICKETS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED email Stay away from this sight They also charged me an 800 service fee which is outrageous that I didn t see until later BUYER BEWARE

I purchased tickets mistakenly My Granddaughter is having a dance type show with Buddy Sherwood school After purchasing the tickets and told my daughter she informed me she had already purchased tickets for us When I tried to cancel i was told they do not refund tickets This was a whole 20 minutes after the order Then talking to my daughter I found the tickets she bought was from ticket master and the two tickets were 40 dollars total the ones i bought in the very same area were 167 dollars Not only is this gouging they are as i feel a scam company but are gouging the customers as well I will never do business with this company ever again and I hope no one else does either BUYER BE WARE

Never saw my tickets in email

Never saw my tickets in email Lost my purchase to the event Had to buy tickets when I found that the receipt I had wasn t the tickets There customer service said that Many people don t check there Spam or Junk folders convenient I logged back into their website to have the tickets resent after event and it said successfully sent Never saw the resent email in any email folders Did have the receipt resent it said it was successful and I did get it Seems like they know how to get away with keeping money from undelivered tickets
