Great customer care service and quick

Great customer care service and quick delivery of tiles much earlier that was initialy shown on the site On each step of the process I was informed of the status of my order I truly reccomend tile expert

Perfect

This is a pleasure for me to recommend tile expert I bought tiles for about 5k EUR paid in advance the prices were significantly lower than by any local supplier in my country PL even with freight costs which are quite high by tile expert Unfortunately my order was delayed by about 2-3 weeks but I had an option to accept the delay with additional discount or to cancel the order with total refund I accepted The goods came well packed however one palette was skewed and it appeared finally two boxes of tiles were broken Tile expert offered to exchange the tiles but after some cutting we could use them anyway so the exchange was not necessary Finally we received a discount for the delay In my opinion tile expert is a trustworthy and professional partner however I must admit we bothered a little while placing the order

4 tiles with print

Orderd 4 tiles with a print for our bathroom They are much cheaper than a store where we went and saw them After searching the internet orderd them at Tile Expert Delivery took a weeks but that was no problem for us Delivery was a bit difficult but Jeff from Tile Expert informed me very good Eventualy there were only 3 tiles delivered off the 4 After contacting Jeff again he made it happen that the missing tile was delivered within a waek SUPER Many thanx to Jeff and the super service of Tile Expert

I ordered around 21 tons of tiles from Tile expert from Portugal to the UK I chose them while out in Portugal and the team at Tile expert dealt with the whole process including delivery to our warehouse I have to admit I was sceptical putting a 30000 order witht hem but they shone through Anastasia was always helpful and on hand My only quibble is the delivery is expensive many thousands I couldnt understand why but when an Italian driver arrived I understood My tiles had been moved by truck from Portugal to their central warehouse in Italy and on to the UK A real environmental error and adding up to costly delivery Will happily use again thank you

We originally bought the Paul Ceramiche Caribe tiles in azure Absolutely love them They are so nice on their own that you don t really need the border inserts We ve now purchased the same tiles in the blue Both bathrooms look stunning Service from Tile Expert was very efficient Site is easy to use and delivery dates given were accurate Happy to recommend them

Great company very communicative I received my order in time no broken tiles The only thing is that they do not provide the receipt until delivery can be tricky with some banks when your money comes from lawn Whatever I recommend TileExpert
