Took a long time to fulfill the order and then when the 2 pallets arrived a couple of boxes had been damaged in transit

Tiles arrived cracked and shattered

UPDATE Costumer service was responsive and promptly provided me with a refund I m planning to proceed with a larger purchase but I m nervous If too many tiles arrive broken the job will be delayed several weeks before replacements arrive I ve increased the rating from one to three stars I ll reassess the next time a shipment arrives Ordered a box of each of the 8 tiles I m considering ordering in bulk for a big project After several weeks the shipping pallet containing the tiles was dropped off I removed the plastic covering and noticed right away that most of the tiles were cracked There was no packaging cushioning or padding btwn the different tiles I was shocked Also noticed one of the boxes of tile contained tiles that did not match the sample i had ordered previously I took photos and contacted customer service I hope that they can make things right and earn back my trust somehow My large social media audience will be very interested to hear about my experience for better or worse

Very pleased with the tiles however I

Very pleased with the tiles however I was not made aware that I would then receive a FEDEX invoice once received The shipping costs were very expensive so another invoice was not a welcome surprise

Amazing product crapy communication service

All in all I am satisfied because I received the tiles and they are great That s the important part anyways The communication from the representative of the company was lacking She wouldn t share details for delivery date company name contact info In the end it was a week late from what she promised Delivery guy was rude One box was damaged It s a shame the company couldn t get the customer service right for all around great impression The product is great all the rest was a disappointment

Everything but expert

I waited 3 weeks for the shipment The day of the shipment they told me that they where not able to access the street two lines because they sent a large truck - consider I live in central London so I don t understand why they have sent a truck there at first Then they told me that they were expecting me to bring the tiles in my property because they would have left there just in the street in front of the building - I cannot understand why since 1 I am pregnant 2 I live at the ground floor and 3 I was at homeReally disappointing

Problem with the delivery I paied

Problem with the delivery I paied for a full delivering till home but for logistics issues couldn t possible A TIR is not the ideal solution in the center of Porto For 10 boxes of tiles a little truck should be a better solution

Despite a very nice and accurate follow up following my order I am very dissapointed that I was not informed that I had to calculate approx 10 extra on top on the floor surface Result not enough floor which has to come from Italy with a delivery time of 3 weeks A very unpleasant and fraustrating surprise Please use a calculator on your website indicating the correct amount of floor needed related to the total surface
