Only buy from them if you have a stack of whiskey and xanex to get you through

Beautiful tiles at excellent prices Communication is polite enough if exasperating But good lord the amount of being f ed around with them was something else After a whole complicated ordering process which delayed things that I won t go into I was finally told at the end of the delivery window I d been given they d been delayed for another week Tilers were due to arrive so I asked what was delaying it and then asked to cancel those tiles so the rest would ship Okay done We replaced those tiles locally Not only did this not speed up the shipping they sent the tiles we d cancelled anyway without asking or checking because we thought it would be more efficient Also due to some terrible packing some arrived broken that apparently wasn t refundable and others looked a totally different colour to online So now we had extra tiles we didn t want They said they d collect them After a few weeks of now collection I checked if they still wanted them Another internal miscommunication apparently And can I pack them and then send a photo and then unpack them and store them again and wait for them to maybe some day get them I might point out tiles are very heavy and I have a back injury so all this hauling around for someone else s screw up isn t really something I m keen on House renovations are exasperating at the best of time If you order from tile expert allow multiple months for delivery stock up on whiskey to drink after they ve emailed you and prepare to do a lot of banging your head into a brick wall because that s what talking to them feels like

Bad commercial service

One of the tile collection wasn t the same color no way to put it on my work the price is very very expensive for the shipment and there was 2 weeks more to wait the delivery Order on 09 june 2020 delivery on 20 august 2020 Tile are manufactured in Italy 2 hours to go to the border for me Just an excuse sentence no gift no reduction i m not happy about commercial service 2 stars for the tile collection who is well done

Watch out for very high shipping costs Spend 1h selecting tiles to only then see that for a 500 order they charge 350 shipping

They have a very large selection which is a huge pluscustomer service no in the branch in my country no one answers the phone chat on the website regularly does not work error I ordered about 80 m2 of various tiles from this company A month after placing the order I received information that the tiles I had chosen were unavailable I was offered other tiles and an 80 discount then in the next e-mail they tried to get out of it and wrote that it was a typo and that they meant 80In the end I had to pay extra 160 and wait for two deliveries when it was already delivery day no one came I wrote to them and found out that I had to wait another week next week the same Ultimately the delivery was 3 weeks late and it turned out that I had been delivered the wrong tiles I m outraged the service lady wrote that she would ask if I will get any compensation XDand then when I ask about it she ignores this subject

Prohibitive delivery cost

I live in Portugal The tiles I was intending on buying spanish were considerably cheaper than the ones I wanted in a local shop However when you added the cost of delivery - a whopping 301 Euros it made the cost the same as our local shops I pointed this out on the online chat but they seemed disinterested in lowering the price Given the choice for the same items with similar delivery times I might as well buy locally and keep some locals in work
