Direct import made easy Bought some Italian tiles that were shipped directly from Italy The experience is very straightforward and better than expected due to the freight forwarder being excellent You do have to pay VAT and an admin charge but we are still delighted with the full landed cost of the tiles we bought Second time using Tile Expert and the first time since Brexit Highly recommended

Our order was smooth just a small order of 3 boxes for reference Tiles were in stock as shown on the website and the delivery dates was confirmed within 24 hours We got our product 2 days earlier than the expected delivery No experience with the customer service as we didn t need any help We were skeptical before due to that it s onlined based but the company seems legit based on the result

I ve just renovated 3 5 bathrooms kitchen and tiled half the floors in a 3 bedroom apartment The team at Tile Expert were super heroes Their selection is larger than any other tile retailer in the world They offer something for EVERYONE s style But it s the service that blew me away In spite of their enormous selection when I came and said I found this from one of your manufacturers can you get it They went out and found it The samples arrived in a snap And there were real humans to write to WHO listened and worked to help me You only need to know to order at least a month in advance

Unfortunately I ve been informed that due to the unsupportive and unprofessional representative Jozsef of the Brand in Hungary it is very difficult or not possible to order any tiles from the Elios Brand I did not want to accept this in 2024 so I ordered it directly from the manufacturet via Tile Expert In the end it was cheaper more transparent compared to the Hungarian purchase Tile Expert provided an excellent customer experience and shipped the tiles on the agreed date and time
