I have wanted to sell my time share for years but didn t trust the people that advertised they could do it legally After going through Hilton where I got no help I started looking for outside companies that made promises but could not begin without up-front money Finally my husband found Timeshare Specialists Before using them I called The Better Business Bureau to make sure they were legitimate and they were According to the BBB they had an A Rating I immediately called Timeshare Specialists after my conversation with the BBB and started the process Everything I was promised happened just as it was explained The entire process from beginning to receiving the final closing papers took thirty one business days The agent Gavin was very professional and a pleasure with which to work I have already started telling family and friends how they can do the same without fear of being SCAMMED I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER nor MORE RELIEVED Thanks Timeshare Specialists

I was unsure how this process would go honestly I ve read about other companies where the reviews were not the greatest but after stumbling across Timeshare Specialists and all their positive reviews we decided to reach out to them It was the best decision ever They were able to get us out of our contract within less than a year we reached out in December 2021 Communication with and from them was never an issue they responded promptly to any questions and kept us in the loop of status changes If things seemed to not be progressing it was really them just waiting for the timeshare resort company itself to respond or process the next steps They also let you know up front what it ll cost to get you out of your contract and there are no surprise fees along the way I d highly recommend them to anyone having trouble getting out of their timeshare contracts Thank you to everyone involved at Timeshare Specialists Cheers to no more maintenance fees

This group of people were great A clear fixed fee approach that is not payable until after they are successful No multi-year binding contracts just upfront professional organization They ended up with the opportunity to re-assign my deed timeshare and they did it at no cost to me Communication and availability throughout the process was excellent
