Invaluable Help for a Novice

Emma was a Godsend to me in determining what I needed how to get the information update the information sending me screenshots to assist me I am a complete novice with cryptocurrency and due to cognitive impairment my husband does not remember anything Emma helped me tremendously to try to piece together what I need to file our taxes She was ever so calm and helpful I will definitely contact her again if I have further questions TokenTax may be a little on the expensive side but considering all the time saved and the hand holding I find it worth it Thanks Emma

4th Year with Token Tax-Simply the Best

I am in my 4th year with Token Tax 5th year upon resubmitting an accurate 2021 return The client service is first-rate Entering data is easy I used another service that calculated my tax liability at over 200k because they do not have the technology and expertise to handle large-volume trading Token tax simply said We can help My tax liability was less than 10 of that number Token tax redid my taxes for the previous year and I now sleeping better Token unbeknownst to me rescued my 2017 return from a fledgling firm and reduced 90 of my gain through tax-loss harvesting Honestly I will not use any other firm

TokenTax is a rare find they have the experience to handle complicated returns but possibly even more important they are fully committed to providing a seamless and professional experience They have been there for me for my last four returns one of which had a significant amount of trades I can t think of another company who could ve done a better job Thanks again TT

I m a retired CPA I ve used TokenTax for three years now and I can t recommend them enough My account manager Sam is simply amazing She take her time going through my complicated crypto transactions and is very helpful when asked questions by my external accountants even on weekends The other support staff are excellent as well

I ve had a very good experience with tokentax if you do defi I believe they are the best platform out there I have used a few before The best part is their customer service they are very well trained and knowledgeable and always get back very quickly I have used them for about 3 years now

I ve been with TokenTax as a VIP since 2020 and they ve been amazing especially with my complex crypto transactions They ve handled everything perfectly even helping me fix my 2019 taxes after an IRS issue Their customer service is awesome always fixing any problems and answering my questions clearly I ve seen their platform get much better over time making it easier to use If you re not dealing with a lot of DeFi or NFTs on different networks their Premium plan should work great for you
