I don t always write a review but TokenTax totally deserves a 5 stars for their services Story is I was debating between TokenTax and some other crypto tax services decided to sign up on TokenTax Within 10 minutes I was able to import my account but there were some errors because of missing cost basic due to me receiving coins from external wallets I then contacted the support team and Elle responded to me she is like magic she knows what she s doing and she s very proactive Elle walked me through what happened and how to solved it all I had to do was to import my husband s wallets since he sent me some coins Elle also went extra miles to make sure my data looks good before I export my tax forms First time using a cyrpto tax service and I m totally amazed with TokenTax Will definitely come back for 2021 tax

Awesome job by TokenTaxes team I was helped by Elle through the crypto reconciliation process and she was very diligent knowledgeable and patient while I sourced all the needed transaction to get things squared away

A life saver They make the impossible possible with all these crypto regulations in that many different places I was going nuts just trying to understand it Not even lawyers specialized in blockchain know how to really handle it That s why a company like Token Tax is such a good piece It saved me hours and most of all gave me that important peace of mind to relax and know that my crypto earnings are legal for me to use

Excellent customer service

Both of the people that helped me were great Robin was awesome Stayed with me the whole time until everything was completely straighten out I had a mess and now thanks to your awesome employees I am good to go I cannot thank them enough Excellent customer service - very knowledgeable - and were extremely helpful to me I could not have completed my taxes without them

Highly recommend - Tokentax

I subscribe to one of their premium services I liked them so much I paid for a multi-year subscription These guys are very good I have worked with two other crypto-tax companies before I found Tokentax Unlike the others Tokentax returns their calls emails and chat When I had problems with another firm they promptly stepped in and worked with me to refile my 2017 and 2018 tax returns and provided me data to file my 2019 returns Their fees are a bit higher than the competition yet in my mind they are worth the extra money I highly recommend Tokentax

Elle is the best

Wow crypto taxes what a crazy experience Like so many new to crypto I dabbled in every exchange swap wallet farming staking etc right out of the gate and didn t realize at the time that there were tax implications When I sat down to literally pay the piper it felt like an unimaginable challenge to account for all of the details Elle was magnificent with her expertise and patience in helping me get things straightened out Honestly I would have given TokenTax the company a lower score as the other customer care reps were not as helpful as her and I struggled for several weeks to get answers but Elle was so good at the end that I will give the company 5 stars Advice to TokenTax - hold on to Elle Because of her I intend to be a return customer for years to come

Elle saved my world few times recently with problems to retrieve a PDF tax form and data syncing from Binance she s amazing and answers in full details not only attaches the links and that is very helpful because I ve read every single article on TokenTax so when I reach out to the customer service it means I need help a little bit more than sending a link to the article like others do Elle sthe best
