Disgusting
If I could score them a minus I would A few keys points on my experience My engine needed to be replaced bearing in mind that was the only issue When I received it back the aircon was faulty and the engine was shaking like a leaf so much so the driver and passenger seats were rattling I then noticed a noise in my brake and the clutch was very stickyI had to then take it back this is where it gets fun I was told the car was NOT rattling The aircon just needed a re gassing The clutch was brand new And the break had been bledAround about 3 weeks are calling and calling with no call backs I am finally told its all sorted The aircon apparently was contaminated so didn t need re gassing and the clutch was NEW so there was nothing wrong I had the car for 3 days and stopped at a traffic light when the car cut out and petrol was pouring out the bonnet AA came at reattached the petrol pipe which should not shoot off like it did I then managed to drive it for a bit parked the car and the clutch gave in WHICH IS NEW you can not even put the car into gear Basically the car came out worse than before I needed the new engine GREAT JOB KEEP IT UP You constantly get promised call backs and get diddly squat I m surprised they are still in operation I will be getting rid of the Vauxhall and will not touch the brand every again and neither will the people I speak to just because of a lack of service and respect for there jobs

Shockingly bad
I have been with this company for over 10 years and within the last 2 years I have had the worst experience ever and will no longer buy a car from Vauxhall ever again My car went into its regular yearly service in 2022 with no issues Ever since then my car has had nothing but issues since the moment it came out of that service my engine would not start and for months I kept taking it back and many times I got fobbed off Finally it needed a wetbelt change which they had my car for three and a half weeks I was told the problem was fixed oh how wrong they were The car has gone in for another service and guess what the battery failed light is back on after the service comes back ok and MOT Again I have taken this in TWICE with them having it for days at a time and now I am told the negative cable needs replacing and it will take 5-10 days to order How is it that was never noticed on the MOT or service that you pau hundreds for but 2 days later the car does not start Well a month later and still no call to fix the car I call the service up and they have failed to order the cable and closed the report Utterly disgusting I am driving a faulty car that seems to come out worse every single time I put it in for a service I will never ever do business with this company ever again I feel it could be a scam where they are purposely making errors so the car goes in and costs the customer 156 a time for a diagnostics check then whatever needs replacing Do NOT trust Tony Levoi Romford

Offer you gold and give you a dirt
My take away from dealing with Tony Levoi is that in my opinion it is an utter scam of a company and feel that I have been conned to have even reached out to them An embarrassment to the name of Vauxhall I saw a vehicle for my wife whilst doing online second hand research reached out Tony Levoi Romford had multiple phone conversations about purchasing it including sending multiple images and several emails This was based on their part ex valuation using the online valuation tool on their listing Then at the 11th hour they come back with a we buy any car valuation 3 000 less than their online tool offered In the interim they sent a mission statement through and I think that they should reread and evaluate their integrity I honestly feel that they tried to mislead com me by offering false promises and trying to obtain money by deception Then to add insult to injury after I gave them direct feedback their Sales Director attempted to justify their derisory offer I am so glad that I did not fall for their business model and would warn anybody dealing with them to be very careful Beware in my experience they will offer you gold and give you a dirt Tony Levoi Vauxhall Romford a word of advice be honest with potential customers and your reviews will go up and not down It is not difficult to shirk the reputation that your industry has and gain some integrity If you sew seeds on concrete don t be surprised that nothing grows

Waste of space
This company took my car in for repairs all fixed but brought my car back with dirty patches down the side on the door and from bumper but the people who run this show said it was already there even thou we got pictures of it before left and cheeky people said it was a bad paint job and it was there but happily take the car back to depot apparently gravesend to grays within 15 mins and cleaned and brought back and then dumped in car park Thanks a lot for being utter usless

They did more harm than good
They did more harm than good Charged me 1k for a really bad service on my car And I had to pay an additional payment to another mechanic for the mistake they made To make matters worse they said they said it just happened Almost damaged my engine when It didn t even have a problem in the first place and didn t admit to it I m getting my car changed and never going for Vauxhall again

Ordered brand new Corsa
Ordered brand new Corsa On collection found damage no one had noticed A hole by the pedals no one could explain it Looked like something may have been hidden and removed but no one knows Couldn t be fixed properly without dashboard being removed which wasn t recommended Rejected car and will not be buying another Vauxhall car Lots of time wasted

Terrible service poor quality vehicle
Terrible service never Tony levoi or Vauxhall again Returned my vauxhall Crossland after a timing belt issue cam belt this is a known fault with these cars google wet timing issue if you ever consider buying this vehicle after some pressure Vauxhall agreed to replace the belt Left the vehicle with Lakeside who promised to have this done within 2 weeks I asked them to service and MOT the car while it was there After 3 weeks of waiting the car was finally ready I turned up at the show room to discover that they had forgotten to carry out the service and when I attempted to start the vehicle the engine fault light came on I walked back in to the service desk and got casually told yeah leave it with us we re busy today we ll ring you Monday Poor customer service poor quality car Very disappointed

Unprofessional - They will lie to get a sale
I m a single parent with no family support and needed a newish reliable car Thinking Vauxhall was well known with a good reputation I visited Toni Le Voi Lakeside and took a Corsa for a test drive I probably should have run a mile when that particular vehicle died at a busy roundabout and then wouldn t start again but stupidly I believed their reasoning behind the problem I viewed a second Corsa took it for a test drive asked lots of questions and eventually put a deposit down After collecting the car and driving the hour home it quickly became apparent that the Radio didn t work and the road speed indicator was faulty The parcel shelf was also not clipping in properly and falling apart I called my local Spoticar as Vauxhall had informed me I could take my car there if there were any issues during the warranty period one of the main reasons I purchased the car as an hours drive back to lakeside is not practical or financially feasible only to be told they could only deal with mechanical faults not electrical When calling the sales guy at Toni Le Voi the following day he told me the radio was fine and tried telling me to connect my phone Seriously I might be a single female but I m really not that stupid My car has been backwards and forwards to Toni Le Voi since I bought it on the 1 11 23 The Radio is now fixed but the speed indicator is worse than before the camera was replaced and the parcel shelf is now hanging off I no longer trust them enough to fix the speed indicator but they did agree to send me out a new parcel shelf which of course they haven t done On one occasion the Sales Manager had booked my car in for repair advising they would collect it yet I received a call the day before suggesting the complete opposite The sales manager had obviously forgotten to input it onto the system and when I highlighted this I was told to bear with him as he d just returned from holiday and his head s all over the place Wow Totally unprofessional behaviour I ve also had to have 2 new front tyres as they were completely bald on the inner side yet my tracking was fine so they obviously sold it to me with these tyres in a bad condition and I ve just found out that the wet belt appears to be on its way out despite only having done 25k miles When I asked before purchasing whether this particular car had a wet belt or a chain I was told a chain Again the sales guy lied because he knew I was steering clear of cars with wet belts I could write an essay about their entire unprofessional behaviour but what s the point They really don t care I trusted this company but they deliberately lied to me just to get a sale They sold me a car with many hidden faults which is costing me money I just don t have I wish I d have checked the reviews first Stay away from Toni Le Voi they have no respect no morals and no shame

I visited Tony Levio Vauxhall dealer in lakeside on the 24 01 2024 with a close friend With the intention of buying a Vauxhall crossland x with low mileage I was greeted by a sales representative who was very helpful with the car I wanted He even collected a crossland from the romford dealership within one hour and 30mins Test drive the vehicle very satisfied with the 2019 model purchase it in full warranty taken out as well Friendly and experience Staff who would go the extra mile for customers recommended vauxhall dealership
