Absolutely fed up with top quote constantly phoning me about reviewing my legal an general life policy I don t want a review and my payments are made every month so please leave me alone

Took out life and critical illness After starting a new job I no longer needed the critical illness so cancelled So begins the harassing calls I have now been very explicit that I did not need to talk to them about my cancellation however the calls keep coming I have now blocked 5 different numbers I am so annoyed I m about to cancel my life insurance and go else where the first person was very aggressive Avoid at all costs

Unwanted telephone calls from them

Received a phone call from them on Fri 18 Feb 2022 from male telephone canvasser claiming to be a protection specialist after I cancelled legal and general policy I told them that I didn t want any contact from them Please avoid this company as they will do their best to make you buy policies and cover that you don t want or will not respect your wishes for no contact They will give you unwanted phone calls in order for you to buy their products and life insurance and other protection policies From Ankuri Bhowmik

The keep calling me

The keep calling me I ve blocked them on my phone now but I see 15 x a month there is a blocked call from them When I did talked them and explained I not going with them due to being overly pushy and the constant price changing they do each time they called The don t deal with emails I asked tons of times send me the quote in an email for life insurance which I started Legal and General they would not send it over email had to be a phone call and acceptance over the phone with card details Hello this is age of dodgy phone calls and not the way to do business now I don t do card details over the phone now only via authentic websites via my card online services if business can t do it then I won t do business with them

Cancelled the policy several years ago

Cancelled the policy several years ago and every so often I will get a rash of fresh calls over a month or so each claiming an urgent need to discuss my request First few times I patiently explained the policy was cancelled as no longer needed and requested no further contact Now they have moved to robocalling I blocked them and informed TPS Does not stop them leaving voice messages though Utter nuisance

They harass customers and question

They harass customers and question reasons why when you say it isn t a convenient time to speak I must have had over 50 calls from them over the past 3 months sometimes calling 5 times in 1 day I have already confirmed there are no changes required to my policy yet I continue to be hounded as I haven t agreed and won t be agreeing to change my policy They call from a different number each time to try and catch people out Awful company with pushy selling techniques Avoid

TopQuote nuisance calls

I ceased to have any dealings with Legal and General some years ago and have been plagued with calls from TopQuote ever since Having advised TopQuote I do not require any of their insurance on more than one occasion the calls just keep on coming despite requests to stop

Still getting junk robocalls from this

Still getting junk robocalls from this company years after cancelling the policy and despite contacting them many times Utterly dreadful spam makers I appreciate the reply but I DO NOT have any existing Legal and General policy and have not had for many years I will contact you via email but after so much spam from you you can understand why I m reluctant to engage at all

Annoying and persistent cold calls

A salesman from Top Quote called me out of the blue on Bank Holiday Monday supposedly to check my details with respect to a Legal and General policy that I cancelled some time ago Under cover of checking my details he tried to ask personal questions about my family which were obviously leading up to a sales pitch I had a similar flurry of calls from them around six months ago My advice - avoid them like the plague and don t get on their phone list

Be careful of what you sign up for there is a 250 get-out clause so unable to take up a new or better policy this lapses after 48 months
