So much for my delivery Email from the USPS Hello Your package has a delivery exception Your item was forwarded to a different address at 11 04 am on June 16 2020 in This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect Opened a claim with the USPS and contacted Overstock com where I purchased the lights through They sent an email to the seller Torchstar This is the response I received from TORCHSTAR- Once the package leaves our facilities we are no longer responsible for the package You will need to contact USPS and see why they are not delivering it to your address Tracking information indicates this is due to This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect We apologize for the inconvenience Sincerely Torchstar Team Now there are no forwarding instructions for my address and I actually just received a package earlier in the day I would assume then that they made a mistake on the shipping label as I verified my address with Overstock and them and it was the one they both had on file I wonder was the package forwarded back to them and then they not only profit but lose no product What a scam and what poor customer service to say its not our responsibility once it leaves our facilities UPDATE-Got my lights today day after post The post office in my town said my package was sent by mistake to another post office when it left the distribution center So even though it may have been the USPS S fault it s still poor customer service on TorchStar s part to leave shipping delivery and tracking issues completely to fall upon the customer Thankfully the lights worked when I plugged them in quality is ok for the money

I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all to anyone I ordered three lights one was sent to me broken I asked them to replace it and they made me send a video of proof it was broke and return it Would you believe they sent me back the same broken light Saying their tech tested it and it was just the battery like i didn t try that before i sent it back and how do you send your customer a broken light and broken batteries OK so i said let me try this again Maybe I m the crazy one Nope It wasn t me I replaced the batteries and IT STILL DIDN T WORK This company really sent me a bad light and bad batteries TWICE I asked for a new one again and they asked me for another video and said they cant send it expedited This was a two month process of broken lights shipping back and forth numerous videos and horrible customer service Save yourself the headache and time Don t order from them

Useless customer service

I paid for 6 boxes of LED Iclicle Holiday Lights and considering I only used them for 1 month each year 2018 2019 Some work and others don t on the same line Contacted C S and was told since they were 2 years old no longer under warranty and could not be replaced I was not asking for replacements only for advice on how to fix the line They told me if the LED was out then replace them I checked online and they don t sell that same item anymore What a waste of good and lousy C S

Product OK CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL

What can be said about a company that happily takes your money off an Amazon sale ships your order no problem has a 25 2 8 lights defective rate And won t ship you parts - even though the product is under warranty - because they say they don t ship spare parts to your country HUNH WHAT You just shipped the order to my country Canada But you won t ship spare parts under warranty there That s all you need to know about Torchstar and their products I d rate them a zero on that basis alone but it doesn t seem to be an option

Bought 3 of the dusk to dawn 20 watt

Bought 3 of the dusk to dawn 20 watt double head lamps I had them installed by professional electrician The first night they came on but then it was off-on off-on till my neighbor called and ask if every thing was OK I called my electrician and he declined fault as I had purchased the lamps from Amazon I do not have time for this I am really unhappy with this purchase Yeah I know put some black tape over part of the photo cell to stop light that is reflected on to the photocell I am getting older and I thought it would be better to call a electrician and pay him rather than fall off the ladder and pay a hospital bill WRONG

Bought their LED lights about 2 yrs

Bought their LED lights about 2 yrs ago Came with a 3 yr warranty plus they state the bulbs will last for approx 22 5 years One of my bulbs went out and I contacted them about replacement Only if I have the 2 yr old receipt Well I don t have it nor do I have any info from when I went on their site and purchases them So instead of having a satisfied customer who would have bought from them again they now have one writing bad reviews I even called and got jumped on immediately as she didn t hear me say hello Very unfriendly all the way nice customer service Oh well hope others get a better response
