Extension Lead for Car Charger

I bought an extension lead for car charger I was able to get a good price and a high quality extension lead which is working very good I thing I don t like is that to track your delivery you have to download another app that asks for access to reading my private emails So I didn t install it and hence couldn t get tracking So that was not a good experience for me

We bought a EV charging cable with built in timer from Tough Leads unfortunately my daughter in law set off with the cable attached and damaged the type 2 connector I got in touch and they said send it back we will see if we can repair it We have got it back repaired This is a first class company would have no hesitation in buying from them again Thankyou so much Adrian at Tough Leads

Excellent leads After having had several melted plugs and sockets replaced this lead does the job Does not even get hot but handles the full power without issues Brilliant service Excellent explanation of why the lead is often at fault Useful to know that not all 13A extension leads can handle a high load

Very impressed

Ordered the EV extension lead to charge my car through a three pin socket after using a different extension lead previously which failed I ve been very impressed with the product it can stay outside due to it s weatherproof abilities the wire is thicker than standard extension cables to handle the constant load of electric running through it and it has an RCD safety feature Despite the hefty price it is indeed quality at its finest Thank you

Excellent product

Excellent product If you need an EV extension that can fit through your letterbox then this is the company that can provide one Prompt delivery and will save me money in the long run as I have a PHEV vehicle which can be safely charged through a domestic three pin socket in the hall as the supplied charger was not long enough

Great products and fantastic service

I ordered an EV extension lead from Tough Leads and upon opening realised that I had bought the wrong thing I emailed them to explain the situation and Adrian was more than happy to offer a refund he even gave me a few different options to rectify the situation It was all sorted over a couple of quick emails and within a few days I had the correct cable and confirmation of my refund for the first product The quality of these leads top drawer I would order from them again without hesitation

Waterproof extension lead for car charging

Ordered and paid for a waterproof extension lead for my 3-pin car charging cable and then discovered the letterbox connector option So sent an e-mail that evening asking for this to be included Next morning received an Invoice for the additional part and paid on-line Received the extension lead within days and am very pleased with the quality of the parts and assembly work Assembly came well-packed in a cardboard box Highly recommend supplier that I would not hesitate to use again
