I d like to commend this company for its excellent customer service Having never previously purchased anything from them I had a minor issue with an outdoor socket I d acquired to charge my EV And even though it was not necessarily their responsibility they stood by their product and dealt with it promptly courteously and professionally under warranty For that reason Tough Leads is now my go-to provider for all things electrical Keep up the great work Adrian

Emergency order

I was due to have a wall charger installed in advance of collecting my new EV on Saturday but the electrician let me down Due to this I needed a granny extension lead very quickly I contacted Tough leads to advise them of my predicament and they pulled out all of stops to get my lead to me in time Ordered Wednesday despatched Thursday received Friday I have used the item and the quality seems first class Thanks very much Tough Leads Adrian

I needed an extension lead with a quick turnaround due to a family emergency I forgot to order for a week Tough Leads totally understood my situation prioritised my order and sent me out the extension lead within 3 days Without it I d have had no way of charging my new EV Massive respect to the guys at Tough Leads when I needed them to come through for me

Excellent customer service

I discovered the website whilst looking for an extension for my Granny EV charger It explained what I needed clearly as I had assumed a cheap extension lead would be sufficient so I was happy to read the info provided Having ordered I sent a message to the company explaining the issues I was having not being able to use my car charger The owner rushed my order out the next day Amazing service thoroughly impressed and grateful The lead is good quality and sturdy
