A fantastic company and product

After United utilities blocked my driveway with no notice for emergency work scheduled to take weeks I was left unable to charge my EV Thanks to the fantastic customer service at Tough Leads my order arrived very quickly after placing the order It s been an absolute life saver and it s a great comfort knowing the cable is safe to use with EVs

Excellent product from excellent firm

The extension lead was delivered promptly and works really well This replaced a standard type extension which was heating up becoming quite hot in charging up 2 3kw over 5 hours using the granny lead on a plug-in hybrid car The back story of the firm as described on their website is excellent they are a UK family firm which have spotted opportunities and have found success All credit to them

High quality lead

High quality lead all components spec d for EV charging It enables me to charge my car safely overnight using a smart granny charger The charger let s me control the current and delay charge time via the App The App not only lets me schedule charging it allows me to monitor the charging status and control it from my phone The scheduling feature now allows me to access my low cost EV charging tariff

Excellent quality 15m lead extension for my I3 Well packaged quick delivery It s not too bulky and is easily rolled up after use which is a big bonus that I hadn t really thought about before hand High quality components built to last Very happy customer thankyou

Great customer service and product

Bought 10m Granny lead plus extension lead with timer and RCD protection Excellent customer service from Adrian following up my online enquiry and subsequent email Not yet used the leads but they look robust very well made and a much higher spec than any standard lead I looked at online Great to buy UK-made product from a small UK business also local to me so I was able to pick items up

Second followup review regarding purchase of Granny lead and RCD timer extension Granny lead works perfectly and is super robust - very pleased Had a glitch with RCD - kept tripping Adrian very responsive and concerned to sort out which he has now done by replacing one faulty unit Local business to me so I was able to visit - impressed by knowledge service and variety stock Highly recommended

Absolutely PERFECT

Wow what can I say absolutely just awesome I needed an extension to be able to use the granny charger lead that came with the new Tiguan R Line Hybrid until the Pod Point gets installed no dates at time of this review I tried an existing extension lead which cut out at 14 charge and was really hot to the touchAnyway after a bit of research found Tough Leads and after a few emails and ordered one 10m with inline safety it came today very quick delivery and have to say wow wow wow just perfect The cars on charge and so far no issues so thanks again to Tough Leads100 RECOMMEND

Great customer service

Very happy with ToughLeads Adrian who supplied a replacement 10m extension lead for my EVY granny charger after I initially ordered the wrong lead At no extra charge so my EVY is now charging happily if slowly on the drive
