Incredible Chile experience from Tourhero

I used Tourhero for a 2 week trip to Chile and it was one of the best best holidays i ve been on We travelled across the entire country - covering Santiago Atacama Desert and Patagonia Planning something like this myself would have been an operational nightmare - probably requiring several weeks of planning But Tourhero made this so easy They created an amazing itinerary that covered everything we wanted to do and made all our bookings activities hotels flights airport transfers buses It really took all the pain of planning a complicated trip away and allowed us to focus on the actual fun part - the travel I m also super happy with the local tour companies they partnered with especially in Atacama Loved the hike through Moon valley and the trip to El Tatio Geysers And finally - one of the best parts about using Tourhero was how helpful and responsive they were through our whole trip They helped accommodate last minute changes to our itinerary arranged for extra transfers and overall gave us incredible customer support I can t recommend them enough and will definitely use them in the future

When TourHero first reached out to me on Instagram I thought they were a scam since there are a lot of scams out there I ve never been so happy to be WRONG in my life Later they reached out to me again via email and I decided to do some more research I m writing this review for my fellow skeptics It seems too good to be true but it s not TourHero is genuinely helping small-scale entrepreneurs like myself host the international retreats of their dreams Not only did they help me successfully plan and execute my first ever international retreat but they also truly supported me every step of the way They listened to my feedback demonstrated a high level of respect for my process and my clients and were completely ethical and honest the whole way through Due to the high up-front cost of deposits to hold dates at retreat venues it would not have been financially possible for me to afford to host on my own but TourHero made it possible For me the fact that they handle all the financial liability by placing deposits for hosts and taking payments directly from my clients made it totally worth sharing the retreat profits with them They NEVER asked me for a cent - I got paid for all my hard work and got to focus on hosting while they handled the heavy lifting of logistics and administration for my retreat Very positive experience highly recommend will be planning another retreat with them very soon

The customer service was responsive respectful and accurate Accomodations and meals at Finca Luna Nueva Lodge were exceptional Transportation was on time and the drivers were safe The events were true to description and very good quality

i planned a trip with tourhero to switzerland and austria for dec 2021 but unfortunately due to the lockdown we are unable to go however tourhero was superb in all regards from communication in fact they reached out to me BEFORE i d even found out austria was in lockdown and immediately offered me a full refund of my trip they ve demonstrated the most flexible and generous cancellation refund policy ive ever seen in a travel company ive heard plenty of horror stories especially with covid cancellations i was so impressed that i told tourhero to just postpone my trip to the next ski seaosn - these guys have my full trust

Best Low-Stress Travel Experience Yet

The stress of international travel and finding accommodations and transportations without knowing the language was completely remedied by the lovely and supportive TourHero crew The stress of meeting new people was also remedied by TourHero I really appreciated how customizable the TourHero experience was I got to enjoy my travel group and Cancun to the fullest with the combination of chill low-energy and even sophisticated activities as well as some extremely adventurous high-energy activities I was impressed that even with every activity I could dream of packed into 3 days there was still ample time for solo activities and relaxing Overall I will never forget this experience or the life-long friendships I made I look forward to going abroad for my next TourHero trip
