Buying my new Suzuki was a perfect experience No pushy techniques - just helpful advice laying out my options in a friendly way My Swift went in for a 2000mile check yesterday and whilst waiting in the coffee area I was able to interact with several staff members from spares service department clerical and sales The overall impression is of a happy team in a well organised environment Loathsome jargon Customer focused maybe but Tracks Exeter is a rare perfect example

It is a 100 mile round trip for me to get my Vitara serviced by Tracks - and it is always well worth it Always feel like a valued customer when they speak with me I couldn t believe it when I got back to my car after they had finished servicing it - not only was it immaculately washed and cleaned inside but they had actually managed to remove the red paint scrape on the side of my car which a motorist had left whilst I had parked months ago I couldn t get it off I hadn t even asked them to do it Typical of Tracks - well done - the extra mile
