Ordered a mirror - they said ten days delivery it arrived in five - driver was smashing - friendly and helpful and the mirror was up on the wall and easy to fit - definitely would use again - thanks

Beautiful solid furniture

Beautiful solid furniture from a great company with fantastic customer service I ordered 2 side tables and when they arrived one was too tall for where I wanted it I contacted them via email and they got straight back to me I wanted to order a smaller unit so they sorted that for me and arranged for collection and delivery together so I would only get 1 charge More companies need to adopt there delivery process A delivery time slot of 4 hours is sent to you via text to accept or change and then on the day of delivery you get an estimated time and can actually track the van so you don t have to sit and wait in all day like other companies Cannot fault anything from ordering delivery and returns and great customer service Will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends

Beautiful next of tables

The purchase was easy I was looking for a nest of tables for the lounge of a particular size and colour The tables are beautiful and solid The quality of the wood and the craftsmanship is excellent This is one of the best purchases I have ever made The item was delivered on time I was kept notified from the time of purchase and the tables were wrapped securely with clear instructions on how to open them I will certainly be buying from them again Thank you

Amazing end to end experience Besides making amazing products this company is clearly customer oriented A massive thank you to driver Chris - without your incredible help we wouldn t have been able to get the wardrobes up two flights of stairs to our flat The wardrobes are beautiful the wood is the real thing and the build is absolute quality

Received our table and chairs 10 days

Received our table and chairs 10 days after ordering which was stated when we ordered Nearer the time we were given a date and time slot for when our ordered would arrive we were always kept informed which was good we also had a phone call to see if we had any queries that they could resolve we did not have any When the furniture arrived we found it to be well packed it was easy to assemble the table and two chairs it just took one person We are really pleased with order looks as picture shown found trade furniture website very easy to use and order from Would definetly recommend

Good experience

the order came very quickly and there was good communication The units are really good quality and finished very well the only niggles were a corner unit door being 1 cm smaller than the rest and another was slightly warped delivery man was also very helpful
