Much easier to deal with than any other

Much easier to deal with than any other website I found - really straightforward system of figuring out dimensions And super helpful on the phone Really pleased with the look of the final product too although it s still summer so yet to actually try them out

Excellent Service and Product

We placed our order and gave an idea of when we would like the radiator delivered We were kept fully informed of progress at all stages and the rad was delivered as requested Trads also sent a lot of very useful info about moving the rad etc including a whole host of How to videos The delivery driver was very helpful and brought the rad to a place where it was undercover We were also very pleased with the finished item and it has now been installed in our bedroom where I admire it every day

Great range of styles and colours at very competitive prices Ordering was simple staff were helpful and on hand to answer any queries Communication was good Although still to install we are delighted with our 2 radiators They are of the highest quality and look incredible - thank you Trads

Ordered 5 radiators for my flat There was quite a delay through no fault of the business They kept me updated fully Radiators are gorgeous great quality and well made I ve had an issue with one of the radiator valves which has a split Contacted the company and they responded immediately with a new valve being sent Would highly recommend this company for quality of products and excellent customer device

Excellent service Had an absolute nightmare with the r rad we originally ordered from 4 months and no rad or refund Contacted this company and I had a similar rad delivered FOC within a week and an awful lot cheaper that the original We re in the process of replacing all our rads with cast iron ones and Trads will get all of my business Thanks again for a fantastic service

Excellent service Contacted by phone before purchase online and advisor was very helpful Arrived complete within timescales Courier was very very helpful Actual radiator was very heavy needs 2 people to move Read instructions first to show how to transport Looks fantastic so pleased Looks superb in hallway with mahogany staircase gold ordered Would purchase again
