You are asking for a review and I have not seen my radiator

As no goods have arrivedNo response to a phone message and no response to an email - very concerned as to where my money is - not to be recommended

Rads arrived damaged and after I contacted customer services they said I need led to paint them For a brand new product I find that shocking

Ordered 3 radiators two of which were perfect one was longer and was delivered in two parts Discovered in order to put the parts together I needed to purchase a special tool at a cost of 80 The tool was dispatched but an empty package arrived as the steel rod being sent was held in the cardboard by a single piece of parcel tape The company duly sent out another which arrived just with the parcel tape torn and the tool loosely hanging in the package This tool turned out to be unfinished by their machine shop and so wouldn t fit through the radiator A third tool was sent out which was exactly the same unfinished I contacted them again on the day before Christmas Eve to be told that another would be sent and this time the salesman promised was correct and finished as he had seen it with his own eyes The tool arrived this morning and this one is so poorly machined that it is too wide to even fit the grub screw that it is designed to tighten I now have no faith that the radiator manufactured by the same people will be fit for purpose if it is ever put together Now they appear to be closed for the Christmas period so I will have to wait to see what the fifth solution will be

I ordered one radiator on 22nd June It arrived and I was told by the fitter that the gasket was coming out of the radiator and the paint was already coming off and was advised to send it back The wall stays were also way too small I called and had to send videos as I was told they were all made to measure and this couldn t be a problem I received no response and throughout have always had to chase them to respond to any correspondence I did receive replacement wall stays and was told a new radiator would be made to replace the first one sent Despite being told over and over my radiator will be ready in two weeks it is now October and I still have no replacement radiator I have a young baby and we have no heating in our living room I really hate leaving reviews like this they clearly aren t resolving this and feel no option but to go back to my credit card company to retrieve the money back

The product was not made in the time specified which is also stated on their website I had to constantly chase them bearing in mind that I had tradesmen on the job waiting for the radiator which was costing huge amounts of money for them to sit and wait After I did chase them they sent the radiator out on a palette but only half the order arrived the rest had to come the following day again only after I chased them Not a happy experience and very very costly

in June I ordered a cap for radiators by paying with PayPal then I integrated the payment with the required postage After several weeks I asked for information and was told that it would arrive at an address which however did not correspond to the one indicated in my request To date the piece has not arrived and I was forced to open a dispute with PayPal in short a disaster I hope for a miracle of the last hour

I have written to the team but had no response The product is lovely but the delivery service was dreadful It hadn t been made clear it was curb side drop-off and to further compound matters the palette with the radiators on was simply left in front of my house with no-one informing us I came home to find it sat on the pavement thankfully not stolen Moving three cast iron radiators then took assistance from my neighbour I was left very disappointed by what had been a positive experience up until then

Charging incredible amount to return a product taking into account that the original delivery was not smooth either
