Booking process was very easy I love that the company has an app Upon landing we received an update with name of the driver and his He was waiting on us already even tho we arrived 30 mins early He was very nice and welcoming gave us tips about Iceland

This is one of the best car service I have ever used Traveling internationally to three countries I was able to use Transfeero for all my needs Making a booking is super simple online or via the app I downloaded the app and it s very easy to use and provides great notifications Every ride I booked was confirmed and all the drivers I had along with the vehicles which are almost all new model vehicles were excellent This is one car service that will be my number one go to service now

This service was excellent We booked a taxi for an airport transfer and one for an intercity transfer and both were nice clean taxis Both taxis were on time the airport taxi was waiting for us when we arrived and the intercity transfer arrived ahead of time

Transfeero is the only company that would make a reservation for day of requested service When the reservation was made online it was noticed that it was for the wrong date I immediately called to see if it was possible to change the the reservation date and even a different pickup location Working with Ms Marzia from Transfeero was a massive relief she was calm informative and offered several solutions In the end it was Ms Marzia that made sure my client s reservations was a success FIVE STAR SERVICE Thank you for your incredible service Very professional and very personal Very caring
