I had looked at several different cages on the market and Transk9 looked the best It was also recommended by a member of the Canicross group I run with Sharon from Customer services so helpful as I wasn t sure the double cage would fit the New 2023 Sportage Delivery was very quick very easy to install I feel so much happy knowing my dogs are safe when traveling

Second dog crate fabulous service

This is the second dog crate Ive bought and again I m not disappointed You can see how Trans K9 have evolved and that quality along with the excellent customer care are exemplary Willow just has to get used riding in it

Customer service at it s absolute best

Today was spent making a 350 mile round trip to Scotland and back Transk9 make crash tested travel crates of the highest quality and of course my Labrador Eric needed one to keep him safe on our adventures Unfortunately the dimensions of my new boot were so different to those of my last X3 it was unlikely that there would be a standard box to fit it I was not willing to order one to find that it wasn t suitable for the car or for Eric So after many mythering emails I drove up to visit Transk9 in the hope that I wouldn t be coming home with an empty boot The owners Sharon and Rob are the most lovely and accommodating people it was an absolute pleasure to meet them a joy to drive through the most beautiful countryside and a delight to do business with them Eric has at last been for a ride in his new car x

Great company great product The team at Trans-K9 are so user friendly makes the whole process easier Great knowledge no hassle from start to finish The quality of the product is outstanding Just upgraded from single to double unit wouldn t consider any other brand Thanks to Sharon team

A friend recommended the Trans k9 crate We purchased the C35 for our Ford Kuga 2017 Fits in brilliant Well worth the money for the protection of your pets We have 2 border collies and travel for competitions Customer service was fantastic from start to finish Will definitely be recommending

What a fabulous experience with TransK9 Sharon was so helpful and went above and beyond to answer my queries From placing my order to delivery took just 3 days fantastic service The box looks so well made and substantial also came with a 10 year warranty and included 4 keys very helpful if you have the tailgate open and want to keep your dog secure Would definitely recommend this product I purchased the C38 for my BMW X3 fitted perfectly

Outstanding communication and customer service I placed an order at 9am within the hour Sharon was ringing to confirm the correct details what dogs i had for sizing of the crate and then to book delivery - which was in 3 days time Extremly helpful and super quick delievry Amazing quality crate Cant reccomend this company enough A pleasure to deal with

Excellent kit

Had a nice trip out to collect my box We were treated royally by Sharon and the man who got our box and put it in the car for us sorry didn t get your name Rory the dog had a much better experience driving home This is the second Trans-K9 box I ve had They really are the best out there Highly recommended
