I recently had two Dobermans imported from Serbia by Exec Pets I couldn t be happier with the service I received From the initial inquiry to the final delivery the team at Exec pets was professional friendly and extremely helpful The booking process was easy and straight forward and the staff was very accommodating when it came to scheduling pickup and delivery times They also provided me with all the necessary information and paperwork to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey for my pets During the transport I received regular updates and photos of my dogs which helped ease my worries about their well-being When they arrived here in the UK they were in great shape and been well taken care of during the journey Thank you so much

Darren was great from start to finish from the initial enquiry he gave us confidence in him and the service he offered He gave us guidance on the pet health certificate vaccinations timescales On the day of travel he arrived with us at the organised time and quickly made us and our pets feel relaxed His vehicle was immaculately presented and clean Our journey was well planned and we had stops for us and to check welfare of the pets Darren exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend his services for transporting dogs and cats abroad

UK to Alicante

I was nervous about travelling from the UK to Alicante with our 15 year old cat I had no need to fret as the journey was seamless Our cat was comfortable and not stressed at all in fact she took to her journey and overnight stays in hotels with aplomb Everything you could imagine was taken care of from Channel Tunnel crossing all tolls fuel pet check-in and hotel bookings Darren drove us through some pretty hair raising weather conditions with ease It may seem that the costs involved are high but when you take into account what s involved i e tunnel crossings tolls fuel and insurance and man hours it all makes sense and well worth every penny The drivers are qualified professional and insured And taking some extra luggage was an added bonus The car was roomy and comfortable I would definitely recommend Execpets anyday Thank you

My driver Rainier was fantastic Originally my partner and I were planning to take a flight back to the UK with our two cats but due to unforeseen circumstances that option wasn t viable Luckily I opted for Execpets Car Service and I couldn t be happier with the quality and service provided Rainier was really kind an excellent driver which goes without saying and great to chat with I felt completely at ease throughout the journey and even my cats seemed to enjoy themselves at some point I highly recommend choosing Execpets if you need to travel by car with your pets I enjoyed the experience and hope to utilize their service again soon Thank you once again for everything
