I purchased the World Travel Adapter at the SEOUL-INCHEON airport I used it to recharge my phone while at the airport and it worked great However when I got home the mechanism for retracting the prongs was stuck down making the adapter unusable for any country that doesn t use the EU type prongs Since I had thrown away the receipt I thought nothing could be done I contacted Travel-Blue and Samantha had me send pictures of the stuck adapter It was promptly replaced with a new unit That is superior customer service I would not hesitate to purchase additional products from Travel-Blue

I was too much happy with my travel-blue bag actually everything was okay until the bag handle broken suddenly I searched on-line for replacement for the bag handle hook with same look but I couldn t find i contacted travel-blue customer services asking for help Immediate i receive an Email from Samantha the most kind person i ever deal i told her the story and i received a complete new bag with a gift travel-blue padlocks i did not pay any fee for the shipping or even the customs and i received the new bag within 48 by fast shipping Finally they did there best to fulfill the 24 months world wide warranty I recommend travel-blue brand special thanks for Samantha the customer services manager
