I have bought a Qatar airline ticket for me and my family in ticket it was a condition that i could do change 2 time as free while return Upon returning i wanted to change the ticket surprisingly i came to know they booked my daughter ticket under promotional fare and airline charged me 200 GBP extra to just change the ticket Further i asked them to cancel my return ticket they promised me that refund will be credit into account after 3 weeks by airline once i asked them they said it will be credit directly through airline Surprisingly they just send me 10 GBP refund through their own bank account not from Qatar Airways I bought this ticket with 700 GBP Upon further investigation I came to know that they are sub agent of Brightsun Travel they received the refund but they did not give it to me I have opened a formal complain to Trading Standard against their company and definitely sue to them until not resolved

One of the worst experience deal with them Dont believe they are trusted Basically they are scanners Never book my flight in future

Contacted travelEsmart booking flights for Tenerife spoke via WhatsApp asking to pay half for flight then balance in July but they contacted me on a London number When based in Preston so I phoned the Manchester number the representative didn t even know where Tenerife was I had to explain to him The representative on WhatsApp was then trying to convince me he was new to the Company and was only learning think this was unprofessional

Got the price locked and paid by the end of the month

I didn t dislike anything as much nothing that I take notice of

Michael did his best to find the flight I wanted

Chris was very helpful and Patient with me I am very Happy with his service
