Salaam review Been meaning to get in touch since we returned from our Umrah trip that we booked with E-smart travelsFirstly may Allah swt accept all our duas I also pray your travel company does well and others can benefit from it too Allah bless you with barakah pre booking I was feeling anxious at the time of booking we had a few hiccups to-ing fro-ing to get it right But agent Hamza kept in touch and reassured us that everything is in good hands our experience Alhumdulillah my family have been blessed to go Umrah many times We have had different experiences each time This trip booked with E-smart was perfect in every way I thankyou from our hearts We have been looked after from the min of landing pick up from agents have been punctual The choices of hotels standards and distance location all was spot on When we arranged ziyaraat and transfer we were picked up on time I have to add Ah in luxury comfortable transport each time Hamza at E-smart also messaged regularly to see if we were okay and kindly sent umrah guide notes too The package was thoroughly thought through to accommodate my family with children We have had a beautiful experience to remember InshaAllah hope to go many times again AmeenI have had many guests visiting us after Umrah and many have taken contact details I look forward to booking again JazakAllah khair for everything
