Be fair and honest with your custumer

The only thing I want you to review is to inform the custumer about any changes flights options before make the payment It s quiet not fair where you tell the custumer about the changes or differents options flights after she or he makes the payment and there is nothing else the custumer can do to feel free to agree with the options or not

Excellent service from top to bottom Got fantastic deal to Vegas on British Airways Agent I spoke to was Sam who helped me finding deal along with extra baggage allowance which I didn t find anywhere online I definitely recommend and try atleast once so that you know how good this company is 5 star service

First family Umrah trip

As it was our first umrah trip my family used travel e smart to book a bespoke package that was very reasonably priced Both Makkah Madina hotels had excellent locations 5 services The transfer tour company was also efficient respectful Our agent was always available for queries and when a couple of admin mistakes became apparent he resolved them as quickly as he could Given the opportunity I would not hesitate to use the services of Travel e smart again

I was a bit sceptical when my friend introduced your travel agency Travel E Smart to me because l had a terrible experience with another travelling agency before When l called one of your staff called Edward attended to me in a calm friendly and professional manner made me changed my mind and purchase my tkt from your agency I had no problem since l paid my deposit towards the tkt Until l made the final payment and my E-ticket was send to me He actually restored my faith in humanity Thank you
