Wish I could rate lower but no option for zeroOnly been with them for 3 months biggest mistake I ever made switching to them The service is abysmal customer service is dire Just back from 3 weeks in Australia were I was charged 50 for services I couldn t use I have spent 4 hours on either chat or ph calls to sort this still the problem persists I want to get out of contract as they just aren t fulfilling their side but will be charged 258 I need to make calls to Australia despite paying my account showing I have 2998 minutes out of 3000 remaining I cannot make the call I spent 2 hours dealing with this yesterday it still isn t working

save urself and don t buy from tre
my family have been customers of tre for 10 years and all they offer us is bad service and bad internet when my cousin s phone broke down we took it to their store to try and fix things but all they tell us to do is restart that damn phone like it s gonna do a difference their employees also like to give us an attitude like we owe them something maybe tre should stop hiring these poop ass teenage boys for their looks also the internet is dog feces have i told u that the internet is dog shait even when i was trying to open trustpilot it took 5 years to load as soon as i open my eyes tomorrow i m cancelling my abonemang i m done being patient thank you my family is not trying to pay 4000kr a month just to wait 2 hours for a message to send if you are considering being a customer of tre please rethink or you re gonna get anger issues from their awful internet like i am rn

Extra Prices for Extra Bad Service
You would presume that with the higher prices they have they would offer better service But definitely not what i experienced In fact it seems to be the opposite My experience was that of no clear information about the SIM Card recieval My SIM card was not even sealed or packaged which i have never seen something like that before Absolute lack of professionalism They don t wait for you to sign the contract Provide terrible support regarding questions with an unwelcoming attitude in the chat function and in their store Absolutely regrettable

Very unhappy with the service we have
Very unhappy with the service we have received from 3 set up a new contract in December 2023 with them My wife paid the first bill them we asked them to swap accounts and change the day of the payment went out 3 agreed for the last two months the money coming out of that wrong account and on the wrong day four phone later and it still the same really poor customer service

I received phone call from their sales
I received phone call from their sales representative and was promised perfect connection and that everything is going to be the same as it was at my previous provider everything was lays and they have no connection almost anywhere and at the support they just say that they can t help you have binding time Don t fall for this And instead of 350 sek per month got bills for 1900 sek

I got 2 numbers
I got 2 numbers One for wifi and the other for my telefon I bought them in 2022 alongside a phone I can tell you it was my worst mistake ever The routers wifi is sooooooo bad that you cant even use it while you are in the same room My time with mitt tre is up in a few months I dont think i can continue with this company I had so much hope for this company

Awfully inconsistent coverage - and hides from criticism with their generic name
Why are there so many companies with generic names like this Simple it is to hide from criticism on the internet Tre has absolutely no respect for their customers but to not make it obvious - they do have a support phone number managed by mostly insincere people Tre makes no effort to get feedback on the service they provide Until you threaten to cancel a subscription they will not care Tre is a company that will always assume it s your fault not theirs If you expect your internet provider to have YOUR satisfaction and comfort as a top priority - Tre is not the right choice - not by a long shot
