I found myself needing to explore care homes at very short notice and whilst under not insignificant stress Leigh-Anne at TrustedCare contacted me offering understanding and sympathy She sought details on my mother s needs and then set about contacting care homes on my behalf to set the ball-rolling This made things so much easier what an invaluable service Can t recommend TrustedCare and especially Leigh-Anne enough first class service Thank you

Trusted Care were so supportive when I was trying to navigate securing the right care home for a much loved relative I was feeling completely overwhelmed and Leigh-Anne listened she was so understanding and helpful sending a list of appropriate care homes with available places Ultimately we secured a place that was not on the list but without Leigh-Anne s help I would not have known the right questions to ask

Whilst we sourced a care home ourselves in the end as a room became available the trusted care home service helped us source a number of alternatives within hours One if those homes offered an assessment on the same day The advisor was friendly sympathetic and turned a list of care homes around within an hour I would highly recommend

Extremely good service overall from Trusted Care Katie really helped to explore all of the Nursing Home options in a broad geographic area in a very empathetic way Regular follow up every few days by Katie and the team to assess if further assistance needed and was much appreciated

Amazing Service I didn t know existed

Amazing service from this company who I came by accidentally on the internet when feeling desperately alone trying to find a residential home for my Mum They ensured they knew exactly what I needed to make sure Mum was going to be happy safe and comfortable 24 turnaround to provide me with options They certainly reduced my stress level and were brilliant support

Very helpful and easy

I was so so impressed with how attentive Katie was with me and she was easy to talk to understanding and helped with contacting several care homes and support with setting up LPA for my Nan When you re going through a difficult time and everything feels overwhelming you need someone with empathy and kindness and Katie really showed this through all of our interactions I hope that Katie gets the recognition and development she deserves

TrustedCare were very proactive in finding Care Homes in the area we requested We were contacted by Leigh Anne on a regular basis to see how things were progressing Leigh Anne was also very helpful and informative

Helpful service at a difficult time

I m not really sure what s in it for Trusted Care but Matthew was very helpful in helping me to sift through possible nursing homes for my Dad I did get a couple of calls from two of the homes and actually after consideration we did place Dad with one of them Matthew kept in touch to see how I was getting on and whether I needed any help with anything further A helpful service at a difficult time

Trusted Care was very understanding of the type of care Care I was looking for They listened patiently and kindly and sent me useful contacts one of which I hope will provide the answer Many thanks to them and I shall certainly use them again should I need help with Care in the future

A very helpful and courteous response to what I was asking for Within an hour of submitting my final details I had three responses - all of which were happy to help It was a relief to know help was out there TrustedCare s system does the searching for you which takes away the stress Excellent service
