Problems when things go wrong
I have always been impressed by the speedy delivery service However recently something went wrong with the payment system for a subscription order and typically I was running out of dog food I needed to resolve the issue uregently but having to use the email system put long delays on getting answers and sorting the problrem I was eventually phoned but by then it was too late I subsequently cancelled the subscription and then renewed it and all was then well I just wish I could have had a speedier response in the first instance
