Delivery lost

Item did not arrive I had to chase to find out why Whilst I had a fairly quick response to e mails I had to chase again as no follow up by which time item not in stock discontinued Substitute item sent ok This was a disappointing experience from a company ghat I usually rate as excellent

Online Stock Level Misleading

Item ordered online was shown as in stock but when I called at the store this was not the case had been out of stock for several days As I needed it urgently I cancelled the item purchased it elsewhere I also noticed that buying instore my preferred option as I live locally the price charged was 38 higher than online So much for supporting local businesses

Missing delivery

Our food delivery has not arrived we have a ring doorbell so we know no attempt was made to deliver it Trusty Pet Supplies have replaced the misdelivered order Thank you for sorting this out Unfortunately some DPD drivers are not as good as the others

Go elsewhere is my advice

I was sent a sub standard item and returned it The company received and just rejected the claim I am left with no item and no explanation Go elsewhere is my advice to be clear there was a video from the vendor of the toy it stated that the toy was rope internally and extremely robust That was not the case the toy had fluffy stuffing and was anything but robust I returned the toy after my dog had had it for less than 30 mins Anyway lesson learned don t always believe the advert

Product not delivered

Product not delivered Many days of emails to your help trustypets mail help line You confirmed shipment DPD acknowledged my delivery address but hadn t received scanned goods I ve had to order from alternative supplier and still await my refund I ve used your services continuously over 2 years but this may be the last time

Sorry guys on this one been 8 days

Sorry guys on this one been 8 days since I ordered I ve left several messages only two replies saying busy helping customers I m a customer a loyal one dpd have not delivered keep changing days should been delivered Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday today now saying Monday you are not helping me I cannot get through to them you have an account WilliamSaid he d look into it he didn t get back too me I m very upset I want a full refund

Normally great customer service

Normally great customer service not sure what happened this time but I placed an order over a week ago 5kg of raw food was missing have sent numerous emails but still haven t had an email to say when I will receive the missing food only emails to say their busy and have got my email and will get back to me asap Very disappointed this time especially as I m going to run out of food now

Disappointed

I recently ordered frozen food I paid 15 extra delivery My order didn t arrive until 5 days later and was spoiled I contacted customer service and was promised a refund A week later I am still waiting I except to was royal mail s fault but I expected trusty pets to take it up with them I have had to contact PayPal to ask them to get my refund Very disappointed with how this company has behaved

Sadly Downhill Company for me

Sadly this company now has impersonal awful customer service Money taken for goods and still no refund after they subsequently say it was not in stock weeks later I explained to the company that I had goods arriving from a different continent much quicker than from them trusty pet supplies 2 days quicker from a different continent to have a curt explanation of their policies on dispatch and delivery from their trusty customer services

No authentic care that they never delivered really poor customer service

Ordered over 100 of dog raw last week on their next day delivery option Never arrived Had to email them and just offered to re send no real authentic apology Compensation or anything just disappointing customer service to say the least Don t rely on actually getting your deliveries on time or any authentic care that you didn t receive it when you contact them to ask where it is Cost us so much money having to purchase raw from pets at home as an emergency for two large dogs because stupidly ordered with this company and never even sent
